RE: posts22 Apr 2023 11:01
If what you’re saying is true Starres, and assuming Budd and a Gilham know this too, then our BOD must have lined up the RF deal knowing full well there is absolutely no chance of generating enough income from sales by the end of this year, never mind end of May, so as not to require the 2nd tranche of funding on offer. Furthermore, our BODs would have been perfectly aware that this finance deal is thus a death spiral finance deal in all but name and that GDR is heading for serious trouble ie you’re saying no sales for 4 years but the finance will run out in the middle of 2024.
So, after all that do you suppose another raise will be necessary (of course it will) and can you see anyone other than RF getting involved? Not sure I can.
The picture you now paint to this board, together with the expert opinion of your recent dinner companion, is a million miles away from everything you were posting three weeks ago.
It’s all very clever and fairly well reasoned but when I look at the n bottom line which is you’ve sold out and clearly see a big need to post here many many times every day with this new narrative. You going to continue doing that for the next 4 years until we sales? Hmmm Afraid I don’t buy it.
Assuming Budd and Gilham knew what you now know then when they set up the RF finance deal they were knowingly stitching up not only shares holders but the company and themselves.
I’m not overly optimistic about the near future but you’re suggesting the outlook is pretty apocalyptic for GDR share holders. I don’t agree but can only counter with the feeling Budd must have something up his sleeve
