My feeling is the results from MFC were as bad as some of us expected once things went silent from PJ and it has already been priced in to the sp - we went from 1.5p down to .9! Don’t see much further decline more news is finally out and they’ve come clean. Had there been anything positive PJ would have been shouting from the roof tops and he would still be the CEO.

Now to move on, and quickly. Suspect CW’s statement about a possible JV partner is fluff and purely designed to stem the outward flow of investors. I would now not be surprised - and would prefer - to see MFC just sold off in its entirety. That could be a shrewd move by CW to help restore some sentiment, get some pennies in the piggy bank and reduce the number of projects that POW is struggling to move forward. Focus on one or two and fingers crossed. Tati, tungsten and Uranium should be their focus now.

Now get this bloody IPO on GMR done and dusted ffs!

The longer it stays hovering over 21 or 22 there is a risk it will go above 22p.

I've waded through the whole of the RNS, one of the longest and most complicated I've seen and which is full to bursting with detailed geological info (this hasn't always been the case from POW), and on reflection I think this is providing a good opportunity to lower my average and secure my long term position. CW has good connections with majors in the sector and so I'm quietly hopeful he's going to find a partner who will come on board to help do the hard yards at MFC. POW will have to give up a fairly major % of MFC in order to attract the necessary funding/input but POW will still do very well out of it even if only a minor partner in what they think is still possibly a major project.

Not the results we all wanted to see but they do seem v confident and bullish that the right thing to do is continue their exploration there.

The results look poor to me so the only positive is that discussions have very recently begun with a potential JV partner. Not sure on which terms a partner would get involved based on the results but I guess it is at least one positive statement that gives hope.

No ‘huge conductors’ discovered though and that is what PJ kept referring to. Hey Ho. Patience going to be needed but I’m not surprised by this RNS. Just disappointed .

I don't think share holders here are confused. They are angry. Angry with a management team that has consistently failed to deliver what it said it was focused on ie commercialisation of products. With an annual spend of just under £5 million pounds they are selling about £75k worth of products. No company can survive that performance. Maybe Budd and Gilham and the other Directors will be paid privately if GDR gets taken out for peanuts. We hit 18p and I will be out, permanently. With a loss but no longer will I have to put up with such ineptitude from a company director again.

Break 21p support and we're heading back to mid teens in a week. If nothing from DEVOTE then within a month we'll be back at 10p. I've been here before and seen how this share works in the market. Sadly so have many others.

I can easily imagine now that Budd and Gilham were hoping for the amazing rise in the sp that occurred earlier this year but that they hadn't envisaged the NICE outcome being so reserved or the negative market reaction to it (down nearly 50% in 4 weeks). What will they do now that they are in yet another hole regarding their plans to generate meaningful income for GDR. they've had to go to a glorified loan shark and take on a death spiral finance deal and need to go back to them cap in hand within just two months of the deal being signed to ask for the 2nd lot of funds which is 50% more than the first lot.

This is turning into a right mess and if Budd doesn't actually do something really clever soon the sp could tank in a big way.
There are good things further down the line but...that's what we've been saying for years now. At some point the BODs must come clean and accept responsibility for delivering very little other than huge spikes in the sp which are great for traders and a nightmare for genuine lths.
