Question for you apps if you don't mind: if it transpires that these guys are indeed planning Allwyn to be involved would/could the share price remain suspended whilst they agree what to pay out to existing ITS share holders, rather than allow the world and his cousins to jump on board in the next few hours or form whenever news is released?

Seems to me it would be anything but an orderly market if there's a tiny whiff in the air of Allwyn involvement and the judge may insist the plan is published whilst suspension is in place so that when it reopens it simply rerates to what ever is the appropriate price. No experience in this situation so just trying to understand the possible outcomes. At the moment it seems just too simple to make rather a lot of profit for absolutely anyone.

Lots of rubbish posted here this morning but one person got it right: no one has a clue what will happen here. It's a one-off event and there's no precedent so anything could happen. Even the result of the court decision isn't a dead cert. The presiding official will want to be persuaded what ever plan is afoot is viable and above board so there is still a tiny degree of uncertainty. Hopefully the withdrawal will get a green light though.

~Silence IS deafening but....a few years ago something similar happened with Bacanora Lithium and the Chinese giant Ganfeng. Long periods of silence but everything that was expected DID happen, just not necessarily along a timescale most investors were expecting. I did well out of that - bought in at 19p and sold at 40p. Had I had the patience to wait I would have had the chance to sell at over 60p.

If the Chinese have made a move here they'll know exactly what they're after and I assume will already be fully aware of the problems due to operating in a dangerous country. They will just bide their time until everything is ready to go then move with no warning. Fully expecting this to happen and eventually see the sp soar from current levels to well over 1p. No brainer as far as I can see.

Just hoping there is an RNS announcing the planned RTO at the same time as news of the Petition being withdrawn. Sleepless night for me and others who have decided to hold come what may tomorrow…

Stating the bleedin obvious but pis are always the last to hear what's really going on.

With current mcap no judge could possibly justify winding this up. the withdrawal is in the bag I reckon but there looks to be something else in the bag that needs more space! What the heck can be on the cards here?

A single whiff of Allwyn being involved and this is going to be unprecedented. For me at least! only seen this kind of rise once before in one of my stocks and that was EUA before I realised it was a sham. GLA all holders here. Can't possibly even give a vague prediction of where this might end up in a couple of weeks time.

Not at home today so don't have level 2 to see what's suddenly dropped the price.

Anyone any clue pls? Just thought I'd buy some more to get the sp back to a more respectable looking 1.2 or 1.3p but it offered me 1.07p. Needless to say I took it up.

Silly things going on at ITS today so maybe someone is shifting money over there for a quick gain and will then be back after tomorrow or by the end of the week once that madness calms down?

I wonder if the court hearing has just been cancelled. It's so obvious there's a plan to keep it alive that it seems utterly pointless to even sit down and discuss winding it up. but wtfdik

Had to work for an hour from 1.30 - 2.30pm and very glad I didn't see this sudden surge or I would have sold some. there is something going on and it's not just the usual herd movement. The mind boggles at what might lie ahead.
