You must be besides yourself that the sp just hasn't recovered. It's crap and the BOD here shafted share holders well and truly. I hope it turns again for you at some point in the future if the company survives. Just have a feeling the placing shares were all forward sold and this is destined for administration or at best another huge placing. Honestly think it's game over. Sorry

He might not have any choice….if he can’t get funding it’s either administration or sell it for what ever he can get for it.

What is not in question is the fact they can’t survive without funding from somewhere very soon!

Ah thanks for that. I think every one knows the deal is set up such that RF will make money from it regardless of what actually happens from GDR's perspective. Do you agree then that it's actually in RF's interests at some point to see the sp drop quite substantially - and thus the 5 day vwap too - at some point?

I'm trying to work out what Rf's strategy will be given the daily liquidity hoped for by Budd has not materialised and there hasn't been any positive news other than GDR will receive something from DEVOTE, albeit we still have no clue as to how much. They (RF) must already be on plan B or C.

The good thing is that at some point in time RF will want the sp to rocket and holders should keep that in the back of their minds whilst we endure perhaps a drop in the short term. It's in no one's interests for the sp tp crash completely or remain subdued ling term. As I've said a few times...going to be a bumpy ride but it should all work out eventually. With news from NICE now delayed until the end of the year GDR share holders are just going to have to wait for longer than any one hoped before the big rise happens

No company gets a placing like that unless the lender knows they're going to get their money back. The only way they would have coughed up is if they could forward sell. Sorry but this BOD is dire and treating its share holders as if they're all morons. 'We hugely value our shareholders'. I bet they do! Bagged their salaries for the next few months and provided almost no evidence their truly progressing. i keep uhm-ing and ah-ing on whether or not to buy on now the sp has fallen off a cliff but I just can't see how the BOD can inspire any confidence or trust after that recent brutal placing and massive dilution on no warning.

RF will want to shift their remaining shares as quickly as possible so I wouldn't be surprised to see some huge sells published after hours as delayed trades. Serious concern here as once RF decide what they're going to do. Once they've shifted the remaining 2.5m (or 1.5m if that's closer to the true amount they've got left) then they will only ask for more shares to make up for their shortfall in the initial £2m when the sp is really on the floor. If it drops as low as 10p and then get their new allotment at that price then they stand to make a 500% profit if and when the stroke marker test is finally approved by NICE and we see a typical surge in GDR's sp all the way up to 50p. These iis are not rich for nothing.

Question for those who actually have any real understanding of this RF deal: when they request the new allotment of shares will this be presented to the market as a new placing? And if so does that mean the price of that placing can be agreed between RF and GDR? If that's the case it won't make for a pretty scene here in the short term. What's to stop them forcing GDR to hand then over at 5p per share? If GDR refuse RF in turn could simply refuse to continue the drawdowns of £300k which the company obviously needs very badly to pay for Budd's salary, bonuses and holidays.

Actually looks like a residential installation. If these panels start being used in homes in Scandinavia as well as commercial properties the outlook will be bright for VDTK. Very bright.

I'd really hoped it wouldn't drop as low as 8p again but Budd has royally f.cked things up again so share holders will just have to take a deep breath for the next few months. News now delayed from NICE until end of this year. Could be delayed if no urgency seen in using the product or GDR just can't supply the amount of required data.

So, if RF can sell under 16p do others here think those large sells yesterday were from RF? If so then hopefully they'll get on with dumping the other 2.5m odd shares they still have from the initial 6.5m tranche they were given by GDR. Then some stability in the sp might be seen. Just a case of what level that will be at though. Going to be a bumpy ride.

Those are hefty sells today and they’re not even from RF. another holder with a serious number of shares appears to be walking. We were originally due news on NICE recommendation for the stroke marker test in July, then it was delayed until October and now it’s December. Something is going on that means it’s simply not a priority for NICE. Or maybe GDR know they’re not ready with enough data gathered to gain NICE approvals and so have themselves asked for it to be delayed.

What ever the reason the delay is now six months and in the mean time we’re not getting any news other than how much RF are lending GDR every month. It’s Going from bad to worse and as always there are some in the know who are selling out. Budd is definitely looking after share holders’ interests here.
