please don’t post false statements here. that may be a wish and a strategic aim but there has been zero confirmation from anywhere that this is the case. enough people are stuck in gdr nursing huge losses so don’t encourage even more to buy in when the company is in a big hole right now.

Agreed Starres. From what I can find out AIHL still hasn’t been registered to sell in a single foreign territory yet. No idea why but perhaps failing to get FULL recommendation from NICE has meant all the distributors abroad have had to stall in trying to gain approvals. Not looking good here sadly and my biggest fear is RF will take GDR for themselves once they hold a majority stake and the mcap is well below £10m. They could buy it outright for peanuts leaving pis with almost nothing and then sell it themselves for a hefty profit for what they paid for it.

Some are determined to see the RF deal as a life line but unfortunately there is a lead weight attached to one end of the rope. I think odds on GDR surviving now are less than even. Budd, the great one signed its death warrant when he went crawling on his belly begging RF for that dreadful deal.

The Company continues to make significant progress in implementing its stated strategy to roll-out a suite of offerings under its GS Money banner based on three initial use-cases: international money transfers, borderless accounts, and private stablecoin. - erm the sp down by over 50% and half the mcap wiped off the board in the last two weeks. That’s really great progress!

Seems as if RF are not going to try any tricks to keep the sp above 16p any longer. They must have changed their strategy and I guess we’ll all find out what it is soon but for now I’m afraid without DEVOTE funding figures confirmed and ongoing silence on sales progress and roll out of AIHL in the NHS the sp is going to struggle. We’re going to hit that 12.5p level sooner than any of us thought it believed possible at the end of March. What a complete f.ck up by the BODs.

As I’ve said several times before, EI has decent products, but a CEO that can’t see the wood for the trees when it comes to commercialising them. It’s common on AIM.

No system! It’s been explained by several posters here that RF will make more money by selling their 6.5m shares asap and then waiting for the sp to tank as low as possible and when it’s at rock bottom they demand how ever many shares they are entitled to to make up the financial shortfall. These newly allotted shares can be held and sold whenever without RF having to pay anything to GDR. The one good thing in all of this is that at some point RF are going to want the sp to absolutely rocket into orbit. So I expect this to continue dropping for the next month or two and the come Sept it’ll turn big time and head back up as high if not higher than last March. 68p by end of Oct and then shortly after NICE recommendation for the Stroke Marker tests a buyout. 92.5p. Approximately :)

GST does not view this as a setback, but rather as an alternative and appropriate pathway offered by the FCA.

It basically says we did our best and have been given a blue Peter badge that we’re really proud of but we’ve not a clue where to go from here. gST will also have a tasty bill for the ‘expert’ legal advice they sought from Pinsent Mason. Money well spent obviously.

Down over 50% in the last 6 months. That’s an unequivocal raspberry blown at the BODs who have thus far delivered an awful lot of news and RNSs and good regular comms but the sp tells the story. People have lost faith, got impatient or just decided to go elsewhere until POW can grow up as a company and deliver something tangible other than endless furniture shuffling and dealing in bits of paper. It needs to explore and get on with it fast, Preferably somewhere with a good chance of seeing a fairly quick profit. Tati gold fields at shallow depth seem the obvs choice to me Bwtfdik. Whatever, SW and the directors have their salaries guaranteed for the next year or two whilst long suffering sh wait to see where an uplift in fortunes might come from.

Either someone has got wind of bad news or someone has got fed up waiting for good news. Either way the sp is taking a hit today with someone selling up. When oh when will this company deliver for lths?!

If RF change tac and decide not to bother dumping their original tranche of shares until there is positive news (which could be weeks or months off) then there’s not much support to hold the sp at 16p I’m afraid. If it dips under then it cd go all the way to 12.5p before hitting some buffers and support. Nail biting ride this stock!

Or as System says DEVOTE funding figures come through or FDA positive update an we head rapidly north. No one knows.

That was end of Dec and of course I must have missed it but they surely have done exactly as they said they would, no? Surely? Er…no. Not one word.

It’s absolutely typical of AIM management who are out of their depth to put that kind of statement out though. They’re an R and D company with no clue how to commercialise their products. They very nearly got over $2m from the US ministry of Defense for the Covid kit - the money even appeared in MoD accounts but sadly it was never paid as by the time the product was ready the MoD didn’t require it any longer. So near and yet so far. How would things look now for GDR had they got that contract. Any contract in fact.

We’ll all have to watch Budd fumble about for another couple of years and in the mean time just hope that RF don’t acquire a majority stake in the company and take matters - and money - out of GDR’s and its share holders’ hands. Like I say…GDR is now desperate. The only money coming in currently is from loan sharks RiverFort. Well played Budd. Great position for the company to be in. DEVOTE funding needs to be announced now. Right now!

Gdr are desperate for cash and making these drawdowns as soon as they possibly can. RF will not be happy they can’t dump their initial shares for comfortably more than 16p. Budd has failed to deliver any good news and liquidity has dried up. What will RF do next? Just sit and wait for Budd to provide the market with some positive news? Hmmm I doubt it. Maybe they will actually get more involved and insist on having a new CEO? That would almost certainly give a shot in the arm to the sp!
