Gunto - imo it's just lip service. The govt never expected or anticipated anything like this pandemic and they are so arrogant that they will doutbless believe the chances of yet another one coming along any time soon are so slim that they'll say what they think the public wants to hear whilst not actually giving any serious level of funding towards a sensible 'insurance policy' against a repeat in the near future.

Obviously the consistent selling is largely down to pis who jumped on board for a quick buck having been promised news and a decision by 11th May by the CEO but having pressed the buy button they are soon informed of delays, followed by a placing at a 25% discount, then further delays and now just silence. It can't be a surprise to anyone that many are deciding it's too risky a call. the decision will be a yes/no imho and so the risk is considerable. Generally in the market these days risk appetite is almost zero so the notion of losing 50% of your investment in a heartbeat is not that enticing. For those will b.lls of steel however the chance of doubling your investment in a heartbeat is an overwhelmingly attractive proposition.

GST is just at the point where every holder is deciding to be in or out. On balance it looks like the longer the silence goes on the nays have it. If this continues to decline then at .6p or even .5p the allure of trebling your investment will once more be too great for many and the sp will simply leap back up.

£400k of sales in first half of 2023 bodes extremely well for Verditek. It's far more than we knew about which would imply there are indeed more sales contracts already in place for the second half of the year we have not been made aware of. If they can maintain that figure or even improve on it then 2023 is going to be far better and to me at least means VDTK will be very strong going into 2024.

They are going to need some funds but hopefully the BOD will have some good news on something to boost the sp rather than them doing a raise down at this level.

Anyway, things finally and definitely on the up.

Fully expecting 15p by end of July. More by Sept but not brave enough to have a stab at how much by then. Knowing how mad things can get once the herd arrives...and they will, soon.

Think that huge trade was actually from first thing this morning and it was a whopping sell.

What with all the iis exiting it seems pretty clear this is destined for the garbage heap fairly soon. Just a few ever hopeful pis throwing some punt money at it as it keeps dropping.

Is this a fair price for where CHLL stands atm? Doesn't seem likely to break out upwards unless there's some significant news. Now could be the time to lower averages...

Well, we're agreed on one thing then: i hate f...ing shorting and wish it could be outlawed. Creates an environment where it pays to damage companies rather than just support them. It only exists to make money. At least when buying shares and being long you are of course also wanting to make money but you are also supporting companies wanting to grow and generate success. Of course there are plenty of examples on AIM where some unscrupulous individuals have no intention of running successful companies and only in it to may themselves handsome salaries courtesy of hoodwinked pis. One prime example being Eurasia Mining (EUA). As bad as it gets. BODs announced they wanted to sell the company several years ago. BlackRock got involved and the Sp went from 1p to 41p. Blackrock then shorted all the way down, and the sp is now back at 3p and guess what, no sale, no licenses approved and not a single thing delivered that has been promised in nearly 4 years. Total scam run by total scum. There, that feels better having got that off my chest.

Actually I had wondered if it might be a handful of existing share holders selling small sums deliberately below 16p to prevent RF from dumping large amounts at 16p.

I'm not sure that will help in the long term. Better to get their shares off the table and then take the slump in the sp immediately afterwards, wait for RF to announce their demand for a whole new bunch of shares at a very low price (10p?) and then, finally watch a long steady rise in the sp all the way back to 30p+. the big issue then will be at which stage will RF decide to jump off the train: once the sp is in the 30s or will they want it in the 40s or 50s before selling out? Who knows. Bumpy ride for as long as Budd stays silent I'm afraid and he has considerable form in that regard. We may not hear from him again until October when NICE dish out more conditional approvals for the stroke marker test.

Nothing going on here but a few people deciding we're at the bottom and buying a few and those deciding it's got further to fall so why not bail out and buy back in a couple of p lower.

Happen to agree that this is about the bottom but I'm surprised it's dropped below 16p so easily. RF won't be happy.

From the recent highs of 45p+ just three months ago we've now dropped by over 66%. Think there's no arguing the finance deal is seen as a very dangerous one and that RF are not the kind of 'partner' we need to be getting into bed with. Hey ho. I can only say these things so many times.

Also agree that Budd should be replaced. With all the potential here he's being overly reward financially whilst lths just keep taking the hits. Since the RNS stating that with the 'possibility of positive news flow' we've had news of being involved in the DEVOTE project. That's it. Nothing on sales. Nothing on FDA. Nothing on progress with NHS roll out. Nothing on progress with a single distribution partner abroad. Nothing on getting products registered for sale in foreign territories. The only person responsible for providing this potential positive news flow is Budd. He just sits at his desk, day after day, week after week and month after month providing the market with...nothing. He really needs to hold his hands up and admit the company needs and deserves someone better.

If RF can’t sell shares for 16p or above they will start to put Budd under pressure to put out some positive comms . We’re at a stalemate just now which cd be better than RF being able to dump the rest of their initial 6.5m shares as one that’s done There’s nothing to stop the sp collapsing badly

Tone has gone awfully quiet too whilst this sustained drop looks set to continue.

Got the placing away and £750k in the bank to keep things on the road for another few months at least. No excuse for this now being so delayed and I'm now doubtful this Bill in the Houses of Parliament has anything to do with GST's application sitting with the FCA now for over 4 months. I do hope they're all feeling better there. That £750k is largely going to be needed to pay Pinsent Masons bill for 4 months (and counting) of providing 'guidance' on the application. Disappointed with this as a company at some point is going to score big time with the FCA gaining admission to teh Sandbox testing programme. Having witnessed over 40% decline from the recent highs I'd say confidence is on the wain wouldn't you?!

Looks as if these are going to be a regular thing for the next week or so. Volume very low but hardly surprising as who would buy in knowing an ii is wanting to dump such a huge number of shares so they can demand a new lot of offer existing share holders....more dilution? Yayy! Very enticing.

Grants can be up to £1m for product development. Good find. I hope DB has been reaching out to them.
