RF are going to have a job shifting the rest of their shares for 16p+ at this rate. Could take months of hovering at this level.
MyIPA - does three and half years not count as a lth?
As you say, GDR is a small company but...spending nearly half a million quid every single month with next to no income. That's not a case of just being patient for things to come round, it's been mis-managed but it's share holders who keep paying the price by more and more dilution.
Sometimes I read your posts and think you're a fairly intelligent investor but then you say regarding the finance deal with RF 'is definitely a good deal - do your research'. I did do my research on RF and it doesn't make for comfortable reading at all. This is a last resort deal and GDR are in dire straits unless Budd can deliver on something. He can't wave a magic wand to speed things up so all share holders here can do is hope DEVOTE funding info arrives soon or that deNovo is announced for FDA. Once RF sell the last of the original 6.5m shares at 16p or above the mms will let the sp tank. And THEN RF will demand the requisite number of shares they need not to be in the red. They will also collect a massive amount of warrants worth, as you rightly say, far more than £1m.
But RF do now hold GDR's wotsits in their hand. If they decide to go for the jugular then we're all shafted and there's nothing we or Budd, the wonderful CEO, can do about it. These next two or three months are going to be very tense for lths like myself who are badly in the red. I'll gladly take comfort from your positive posts once they stack up.
