Be in no doubt, if is IN the interests of RF for the sp to drop as low as possible so that they can then be allotted a massive number of shares to fully redeem the loans. This could easily end up with the having a majority share in the company and then they can take it in any direction they wish. I maintain it was an absolute shocker and that all lths can hope for now is that RF can sell their first 6.5m in the face of repeated share price rallies. But for that to gain we need good news and lots of it. Sales? Er, probably not this year. nHS roll out? 7 more hospitals running the tests in the next couple of months hopefully. FDA news? Anyone’s guess. Figures on DEVOTE funding? For some reason this has been obscured from the market.

The more stones are unturned by the likes of the more savvy posters here the more I realise we’ve been shafted and Budd and Gilham must have known we would be. They even had the audacity to thank us for our support. No wonder. All those who voted in favour of this deal with RF I Hope you’re feeling very pleased with yourselves.

That's what I thought. So why give a fixed date and then state in an RNS 'The timeline provided for FCA approval is typically indicative and not a fixed date'??

Look , we all now know the deal with RF was a disaster but...it looks as if Budd had no choice. Let the company go bust or take this on knowing at least that in six months time things could look very different. It's the only chance we have of ever making back our money in this stock. RF are known for being dirty and will have absolutely no qualms about going which ever way it suits them to make money. That's the ONLY reason they are involved. We have to hope it isn't their plan to end up shafting pis but I'm afraid they do have form in this kind of scenario.

Budd of course will just stay silent and not represent pis interests. Never has done and never will.

Actually, if the price is going to go down I wish it would go down with a bump so i could load up. this hovering around 16-17p is like being in no-man's land.

Fingers crossed he get a deal signed. Not buying more for now but do hope this at least recovers very soon back up to 12p.

Odd that there was a specific date people were focussed on and then in the last RNS we're told timings on decisions are always vague...

No news for a few more weeks so this is a good chance to switch off and then when the good news lands it will come as a lovely surprise.

Going by what Budd said in the RNS on Friday I am NOT expecting to hear how much. He makes no mention of a date for such an announcement, nor does he even refer to a specific amount. I think this lack of detail has come as a blow to quite a few investors here.

News of the first drawdown, this lack of clarity on funding from DEVOTE and then the RNS informing the market of RF selling a huge tranche of shares has been a kick in the nuts for lths. Long suffering sums it up. One day though Rodders, one day eh?

The problem here, as highlighted by jimi in his post on Saturday morning, is that the market now knows what RF is intending to do with their 6.5m shares: sell them at what ever price they can get for them now. That's going to really hurt for a while. Later on they will reapply for more shares and then sell them when the sp rockets, as it surely will come October.

there is the potential for good news - the DEVOTE funding news has obviously had the reverse effect on what any of us would have expected (but there were no figures given so leaving pis simply to guess) - sales, NHS rollout and of course FDA update in July. This last bit of potential news is only weeks away now and could be transformational. That means RF need to get a move on with this strategy of selling a large number of shares between each drawdown.

Good news on the near horizon but there's going to be some pain in the sp to endure for a few months now I fear. How low will RF be willing to let that initial 6.5m tranche of shares go for though? Do they want to see the sp drop back to 10p and then reapply for their next load of shares in the knowledge it's going to rocket up to 50p+ by end of October?

Yet more patience and courage needed to hold but I dare not trade this as anything could drop at any time really.

Only way to make money here is by holding long term and being patient. RF at some point will want the sp to absolutely fly. Timings all work if you think of October as something of their end game.

Pow does seem to have stabilised now. I’ve topped up this week a little. Could be quiet for a while but I’m hopeful the next time we have big news it’s going to be good. Hopefully very good!

Thankfully the level of intelligence on the GDR bb is beyond comparison to CHLL where the likes of VI were telling everyone everyone when the sp was 12p that they must miss out, they must buy now, great entry price etc etc. This kind of crap annoys the heck out of me. People on GDR are in the main well researched concerning the products. CHLL is just typical wild west. Time will tell. Oh, and the sp is now 7.4p and on a downward trend.

Anyway, I certainly won’t be wasting any time posting again here regarding anything to do with CHLL or indeed any other stock.

Same reason as anyone. They have great products that SHOULD be generating the company loads of revenue. Mangt f.cked up the Covid kit by being fat too late in setting up distributors and then announcing when we did have a license to sell in India the CEO put out an RNS to tell the world the kit was too expensive for the Indian market. One of the oddest things I’ve seen. Got caught out so am heavily on the red and can’t afford to sell at such a loss. Just have to bide my time until the sp hits at least 40p. Then I’ll be out and out for good. Promise.

Why are you on? Do you just like seeing your investments drop time and again even after good news. The connection with RF should be a concern for all holders. They don’t have a great track record in ‘supporting’ the companies they get involved in…. Hopefully sales will kick in before they feel the need to do anything damaging.

RF are NOT a good outfit to be in bed with in this kind of situation. They will have more than their pound of flesh and won’t give a 5hit if it ends up damaging GdR or its shares holders. And I do hold here. A lots of shares but I really don’t give a f..k whether you believe that or indeed what you think on anything

Hmmm when I suggested it was RF bring those huge 100k sells there was some major kick back from certain quarters. So, it turns out RF are obviously happy to dump their initial 6.5m shares which clearly implies they DON’t feel this is going a lot higher any time soon, and bear mind they know an awful lot more about what’s really going on here than us mere pis

Fairly dejected by today but I’m totally used to it holding shares in this company.

I hope the lacklustre reaction to todays news sends a clear signal to Gilham that the market needs information on sales. It has no confidence in the CEO irrespective of anything he says in an RNS. We’ll end the day sub 18p in my opinion and now the next news will be regarding the next drawdown.

Where as you, Splatter, just keep telling everyone how amazing this is going to be, whilst in fact you've sold shares, traded shares, AND you actually have NO clue whether this will go well for people or not. It's the likes of rabid rampers like you who get people suckered into stocks that have done well for you but you simply want to maintain the price at which you yourself are happy to exit. This in my opnion is a nothing-RNS and has been put out the day after a Director resigned to try and stem the tide of selling.

The outgoing Director one assumes is a decent businessman so why, why, why would he want to step away now from GST? OK he might not sell his shares but being a Director of a company that could just be about to break into the big time, really big, just doesn't add for me. It would give him huge kudos to be on board when a good RNS lands. So imv he already has an inkling of what's coming and has departed. We may or may not see a Tr1 or two in the next few weeks but either way him leaving cannot possibly be seen as positive news and the CEO has just tried to distract retail by putting out this RNS today which basically says everything today is the same as it was yesterday.
