Finally things seem to have calmed down and most will have taken their positions and manoeuvred themselves into free-ride holdings. Lucky and wise them! 3p mark seems a fair and reasonable price for the current situation but news can change that in a heart beat of course.

Very briefly the sp went up to 3.6p at 9.35am so it's painfully obvious keep-it-real just bought some and then instantly posted bs. The train hasn't even been boarded yet by all the passengers, never mind left the station. Hilarious.

Clearly any news Budd was hoping to release and help the daily liquidity hasn't yet transpired and is obviously going to take longer than anyone hoped.

the longer the silence goes on the poorer the outlook for this company. It's monthly spend is £400k and it's borrow vast amounts of money to keep it going and appears to have no corporate discipline (skill?) in place that steers it to cutting its monthly costs. In fact what was stated in recent comms was that the company doesn't plan to 'increase' it's monthly spend in the near future. This is out of control and I am now thinking Gilham and Budd are happy to run it to the wire and then flog it on the cheap to a pharma and everyone keeps their jobs. Lths will be shafted. On that basis I've now dumped all of my holding over the last 4 weeks. 475k shares in total. No need for me to post any longer but if I do then people can be assured I'm back in. I won't be though until the sp either drops to sub 10p or there are some decent comms from the company providing 100% proof things have taken a turn for the better. I may well lose out on a few % of potential profit if the sp rockets but that's one heck of a big 'IF' imho. This is just too risky now thanks to Budd putting all the company eggs into one shark loan basket. Good luck those who decide to hold through this. It may well come god but only if the CEO can deliver good news and he's not been able to do that for quite some time, hence he only had one finance option to keep the company afloat and that was with the death spiral finance deal offered by RiverFort. Look them up and look at their history and how they've 'helped' small struggling companies. It makes for extremely uncomfortable reading.

I'm looking forward to some news soon as things have been very quiet, other than the AGM of course but there was scant news offered from that. Not heard anything from the CEO for ages on anything happening in Thailand either. I am hoping for some kind of contract news there in the near future too.

I think it's because they were told they had to have, or it was preferred they have a UK listing to operate the UK National Lottery. They turned one down in the US so Allwyn was obviously thinking of something along these lines not very long ago.

My money is on it being something completely different that no one even knows about yet, or certainly hasn't been mentioned here thus far. Not to say it won't be huge but Allwyn does seem a bit of a stretch, especially as Craven resigned from the company about 6 months ago.

That's because he doesn't understand what's actually going on here. The whole situation around cash shells has changed over the last two or three years and this is now an outstanding opportunity for all involved.

Personally I think we won't have to wait long for news. Whilst the RNS did state 'but the new directors are assessing a number of potential opportunities', I feel this is deliberately vague and don't believe this would have been enough for both the judge in the hearing and the former Directors to agree to the withdrawal. The two new Directors must have provided the afore mentioned parties with evidence of their plans such that this was turned around quite so quickly, and imho it must have been blindingly obvious it was in everyone's interests to go with the flow.

The former Directors agreed to waive their fees for July 2023. Why only one month? If the entity ITS still exists going forward they could have argued to remain as Directors or silent partners and benefit financially going forward. Something has persuaded them to stand down immediately and take no fees for the last month of their Directorships ie July 2023. What's in it for them? Again I'm simply speculating but I think it has to be something specific rather than a vague promise of the new gents coming in and looking into number of potential opportunites.

I've got my price set to sell at and am prepared to wait a month or two. I don't think it can be longer.

Couldn't Craven have deliberately moved himself out of the BODs from Allwyn such that he could be in charge of the newly set up Allwyn UK as and when a UK listing was found and they could initiate a RTO? I think he wouldn't have been allowed to do that were he still on the main Allwyn Board or have I got that wrong? As far as I'm aware Allwyn is still very much in the frame here.

And right on cue sharebel as you're typing it drops from 3.18 to 3.12

fwiw it appears on the face of it that the two new Directors must have had something up their sleeve for this RTO with which to persuade the outgoing wideboys to take no pay. Going to be fascinating to observe. Fingers crossed for good things for all but let's be reasonable...or vaguely so.
