We're now down over 50% from there but your'e still happy to attack anyone who has anything negative to say about CHLL. Desperately under water many are now thanks to your bold positivity for this stock. Just admit it, you got it terribly wrong and others were right. This is heading lower but may still get back to 6p by the end of the year with good results in the autumn. For now though it's going further south imho

New Directors here must have some names they’re already in negotiation with. The outgoing Directors are not the wealthy kind who would turn down a months fees and more unless they were convinced this RTO is pretty much a certainty.

Let’s just suppose for fun it was Allwyn. What we people see the end result for ITS sp in that scenario? 10p? 15p? More or less?

Really impossible to know. There’s a definite plan and we can only guess at the timing of the RTO. However, the chances of one not happening are slim given the two new directors persuaded the outgoing ones to give up fees and £240k.

My rough guess for this week is it’ll flit between 3 and 4p.

There can be little doubt that 5 won\t hold for long tomorrow imo. More worried about it dropping way below that and the tiny amount of cash left. My punt money well in the red now and just have to decide on whether to bail or double down. I've been taken with the new CEO but that RNS can't be glossed over in any way convincingly. Next set of sales figures will be crucial to whether or not CHLL survives. Even if it does I now think it's going to linger at these low levels for years, not months. I thought this would drop back to these levels anyway when the sp was still above 10p and many lambasted my opinions. Well, here we are, and it's going lower. Callum will struggle from this point on but maybe he has the nous to still bring things round.

Yes PJ, it’s a risk but…if the RTO is successful an offer for existing ITS shareholders will be announced at the same time as the stock comes out of suspension and people will not be able to get their hands on shares for love nor money, or at least without them being at a huge premium to current levels. The potentially really big rewards are in holding stock as we go into suspension. Squeaky bum time for sure but these new Directors are no slouches and moved very quickly to stop ITS being wound up so they must surely have a plan rather than just a hit-and-hope approach. After all, the outgoing directors decided it was worth walking their last set of fees and £240k for.

Looks to me as if there are quite a few large delayed sells being published as the morning wears on. Hopefully these are pretty much done soon and the sp will stabilise. No one wants to see it drop once on board.

Judging by the huge number of Green boxes already this morning I’m guessing Sharebel is rather exercised at this drop and coming up with every excuse under the sun as to why it’s happening. Oh, and that it’s about to flip any second lol

Don’t keep a close eye on this as I only hold a couple of £k but…on Radio 4 yesterday there was a discussion about how Wagner group has got its teeth into several African countries and that it is only there to disrupt and ultimately get its hands on gold and diamonds. Govts are corrupt and are forced to do deals with them. Looking more and more to me as if Hainan are stalling and possibly considering withdrawing. Anyone else got similar concerns?

Doesn't look like that to me tbh. Of the late published trades 2 are buys and 2 are sells judging by the time stamp on the trades and the sp at that particular moment.

No pattern of buying of any size or time span. Think this is mostly pis and that's certainly possible given the total buys for the whole day only amounts to £375k. That's easily achieved when even a fraction of the herd is sniffing around a stock.

No, I suspect the new directors will be able to award themselves a hefty allotment of shares at a good discount. Who will vote against that if they go on to deliver a share price ultimately quite far north of where we are now? No one knows though.

There will come a time when the RNS lands stating they want to initiate a RTO and from that moment on the sp will be suspended and then it's REALLY squeaky bum time for holders as there's then a time limit for the Directors to get the deal sorted. If they fail then ITS is kaput and that's why I don't think they'll buy yet. It's too speculative still at this moment. Once they know they are on the home strait and everything is lined up they'll dip their hands in their pockets but I bet it won't be for the prices we're paying now! Perhaps they were able to put something in place from when the share came out of the first suspension and they became the new Directors. We just don't know. Anyway, I'm in and probably for more than I should be. GLA
