First time i have bought into Tullow. Has to be worth more than 60p a share if a takeover bid was offered ?

Thats me out with a rather large loss as this will be driven down further IMO. Taken my profits from NMC but still down too much. Played with fire and got fingers burnt. Hope it recovers if still holding.

KOH. It sounds correct regarding the missing shares if the banks have sold them. Still, this amount of shares would have been recorded but cant be bothered to chase past records as it will all become clear very soon. Hope this is the bottom or very near but never know. Cant see him being sacked here as per NMC but will wait for results and Shetty response.

KOH: Any shares sold by Shetty would have been recorded if he had sold to the banks as he is a Director. I dont know if he has sold any as part of a margin call for FIN. I just believe that it has been cauught up in the NMC debacle. Need Sheety to respond ASAP as he has been requested to so that this can move on. Still got a fer left in NMC as sold most this Morning and ready to buy back in on any price drops.

Wont be moving anywhere until they know what shares are held by the Man and his associates. The results arn`t keeping this one down.

I take all these RNS as informing who has got what share interest so that all shares can be accounted for. NMC will have been advised to give this out so that all the confusion can be made public. Wont move anywhere regarding a potential bid until all shares have been accounted for and who owns what. Personally would like the Company to start anew and build up from there as a bid would be on the low side and nowhere near the £20 people are hoping for.

What will they now do with their shares. Sell them at a discount ?

They have brought shame onto the Company or rather got caught so have to go. The Royals will also have a say in this being a FTSE 100 Co and will have had the final say in these sackings although that wont be reported.

Mark, tell me about it. Bought into this and suffered drops ever since. Day trading has brought me back down to a £8.20 average from initial buys at £13.60~£14.00 price range. I have learnt hopefully not to go in big style thinking i was going to get an instant profit. Strangest FTSE 100 trading i have ever known regarding volatility. The bad news seems endless and can see some light at the end now that most of it has come out. Next week should be the make or break of this one.

Need nerves of steel to keep holding this one. The plumber has managed to flush out some of the brown stuff. Just need a final flush out and will be all clear. Can see further drops but that can change within minutes so wont predict anything other than holding and possible top up if it falls below £7.50.

Shetty is very shrewed. He will be getting backing via the back door and will be the one who takes control over NMC. Just needs to stay in this range for Today and wait for news on Monday. Can see a decent premium being offered of 20% + on this current price.

Thats the difference. It is not the Company disguising their share holdings. MW has been proved correct and it now done and history. The proposed bidding is for the assets of the Company and will be better now the three of them have been suspended from meeetings. The Company is not worthless hence big buyers coming in at the low prices.

Havn`t been this excited for a long time...Hope it`s not all in vain.....

Believe that NMC news could also be influetial as well for Tomorrow.

Not sure if MW converted this into sq ft and made it look like they had overpaid for this hospital. MW have not responded to this one.

Fair comments PC. My opinion is that there is no documented proof from MW that there is fraud in the accounting regarding false accounting regarding cash and asset balance. Everything is all speculation. Did the banks buy a chunk of shares at £12~12.50 price not knowing what a risk this could be. Unless they have been offloading their new shares very quickly. I am in this one and dont want to sell at a loss but would like to know the truth ASAP regarless of the outcome.

Mafioso: This Company has been in the FTSE for a few Years now and will have been audited each Year. Have they been conning investors for all this time ?. It seems strange that it has taken Muddy all this time to suspect that their fianances/audits are not a true reflection. Muddy have given no solid evidene of this and it is speculation without any proof. If Muddy are correct, then NMC deserves all the punishment expected. If Fitch can prove them wrong, then it`s game on. A RNS announcement is the decider on this one.

2400 @ £9.15. Plus loss of £4000 when i sold out at £10.90 before buying back in. Got more shares now than beofre but still down. Total loss in this one is just over £9K. Thats from initial buying at £13 & 14 level. Should have not bought back in but there you are. Will stay on the ride till it ends whatever the outcome.
