Thanks for that Persimmon. All dodgy goings on as well as alledged creative accounting which the CO did mention. Seems we are at the mercy of the ii`s regarding the SP movement. Just hope that they announce the Company is in profit soon which will have a positive upgrade. A takeover would be even better. Will just keep holding out on this one. Cheers.

Would these large swop traded be classed as crossed trades ?. Can you be certain that they are indeed swops between ii`s. You are probably correct, but these type of traded should be diffrentiated so as to not mislead.

There will be some speculation out there given the sudden increae in volume. Remains to be seen if profit takers move in. Am in small profit at moment but will resist taking any as i believe more is to come from this Co. Hold tight.

Dont see a big rise when a broker rates IMB as a buy with a high target price. The sell off has been from the broker that downgraded to £16.00 target price and has got the panic sellers in scare mode. Will be topping up at these prices.

He sold in the £17~19 range and would have known that sales wern`t going well in advance. Now down to £10 range so that last poor trading news is priced in. All i`m saying is that the fundemetals look o.k. given the re-rating from the profit warning and now look attractive. I cant say if things have truley bottomed but would imagine that the Company is addressing this for the future recovery. Your decision if you sell out now and maybe the right one. A good Company will pull back and i have taken the gamble that it will recover. Hasty decisions cost money so dont panic sell all of your shares and think about selling some so that you can buy back at a lower price if you believe that this is going even lower. Or take a big loss and invest elsewhere. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Even more reason to hold if the dividend yield is sustainable. See what the update brings. Hopefully all the bad news already accounted for in the SP.

Seems a 5~10% stop loss would have been better in this case but too late now and is history. I am looking at the NAV and cash balance of this Company which is why i invested last week. It has proven products and looks to be ripe for a takeover as the markets are already there for any bidder. You can decide if taking a loss is the correct decision, but i believe that this Company will rise again, although it may be long term holding unless bought out. Whats another 10% loss if already down 40% ?

Bought in recently so not down that much but would not consider selling at a 40% loss as there will be some upside although it may take some time. Still a decent Company as can see recovery if not a takeover. Hold on is my advice as painful as it may look, it`s a paper loss only.

RBC have been the most accurate regarding the downward SP on an underperform rating. Not so far from their £16.00 forecast. Will be topping up in small amounts should it go below £17 to average down my £ 19.84 break even holding. Dissapointed by the SP movement but can only hold out now and wait for some Company news to break this gloom.

Also invested heavily and may indeed see further SP drops if profits are to be materially impacted. Good to see the share buy-backs which gives me confidence that we will see a recovery into the £20 range shortly.

Sound the better reason for the constant drop. Was tempted Today, but will wait until a firm bottom has been established. This looks to be going even lower for a while and the low £3.00 mark now looks to be on the cards. The divi seems irrelevent in this case.

The Quinetiq body scanner uses passive millimetre waves i believe. The Thru ones dont use any emitting energy but use Terahertz wavelength detection from the body. Hence the trail of both to compare against what the best one is or possible used in conjunction with each other. That`s how i see this trial.

It does seem strange why this has fallen so steeply. PI`s are still buying but need to look who is reducing more. I`m not touching this one yet as it seems the bottom hasn`t been reached. Some news may give a clearer view on why the stock is being dumped.

Glad i bailed out now at £4.95 but still at a loss including last divi payment. Was looking to get back in but can see it going down further to £3.80 levels and will be looking to get back in. The divi payments are small compared to the S.P. drop so not worth buying for at moment.

I jest you not Euro. If this is a big field, then Companies have a resposibility to control their carbon footprint which includes road transportation pollution. As for royoboy`s reply, i`ll take it on my red nose.

Given the potential size of this field, how many road tankers would it be expected per day to go to the WN site & then to Immingham ? I would have thought that if it this big, then a pipeline would be the better option. If not direct to the Immingham refinery going under the Humber, then a line to Hull and then crude boat to the import terminal at APT who have direct import crude lines to both Phillips & Total. Opinions welcome.

A share buy-back would be welcome, but it may force the ii`s to reduce their holdings if they dont want to/cant increase their current % exposure. They would have to sell some shares to keep their current holding levels and so the S.P. would fall back. It would be an opportunity to buy more shares at a lower level but there dosn`t seem to be much interest at present from pi`s in this Company. The only way foreward is for a takeover to get above the 30p level. The Company declaring a decent profit will change things dramatically, but i dont` believe that`s what they want at present for whatever reasons. Cant say i know what goes on behind the scenes with the Company/ii`s so will continue to hold. All IMO.

Seems a low trading value above £20K + can have a large swing on the S.P. There cant be that many shares left out there for the P.I. to buy or sell. Indeed, it does appear to be market mainipulation for whatever reason.
