Comment not related to Yours ACE. It was regarding the sell price rise at the death.
Relieved that this Market is now over though and looking foreward to what is achievable for Sondrel LTD. Cant see it staying at this price for long though.
I fully expect a trading update next now no RNS have to be issued. This will determine the price and expect the price to trade higher than current levels. Wish all holders to make some great profits on this over the coming Months. You all deserve it. Best Wishes...
Offer of 1.35p to sell at end of trading so someone wanted these shares. Have to wait now until trading is listed on J.P. JENKINS and the share can find it`s true value away from MM manipulation.
MM99. My SND shares were in a Fidelity Int SIPP. They were going to sell them anyway without My permission citing that a de-listed Co cannot be held in a SIPP, Hence I sold them before they did so didn`t lose out too much on them. This was regardless that I informed them that the shares could be traded until close of play on the 20th August.
I am now taking 25% of My SIPP cash tax free and will be transfering the remainder to another provider after being treat like that.
Actually looking forward to the de-listing and the Company will be able to finds it`s true value away from the recent volatility on AIM market. ROX now have full mangement control basically regarding decision making which can be seen with recent contract where SND does not have to pay upfront to bring to market. That`s were it has gone wrong previously hence the Company was skint. Future contracts will have to be profitable or they dont take them on. Shame there will be no more discussions soon on this board but am very positive about this Company as a LTD Co. Best Wishes to most of previous poster and b*%locks to the rest of them.
Strongly agree with that.
There will be a lot of selling from holders using a SIPP/ISA as they are not allowed to have a delisted Co in their funds. I myself sold My SND holdings in my SIPP a few weeks ago, otherwise they were going to sell them on the 13th August regardless. Just as well seeing the price now. The remaining share I have in an ISA will be transfered into a dealing account as a delisted Company who will allow sell trades through J.P. Jenkins. Just for info, J.P.Jenkins charge 1.5% on deals, so be aware of higher cost if thinking of selling. A lot of these sells will not be reported Today so may well see a TR1 later.
I cant be bothered Laura. Most of them will be from skint punters who trawl the boards looking for issues to make negative comments. If that`s what makes them feel good, then so be it. Good luck with your holdings.
Having read the last few days comments, I cant understand all the negative post being posted. What purpose do they serve ? Punters have chosen to go with a LTD Co and it is their choice. Looks like a lot of comments want to see investors lose their money and make them feel good.
For the record, I have made a lot of money on previous spikes and now hold 1m shares @ 3.2p average after final top ups. Will not be selling any of them while listed on AIM. I am well aware of the risks involved, but that`s My choice.
Doubt many of the posters have any of SND shares.
Someone is grabbing the free stock.
"whilst the Company’s CREST facility will remain in place immediately post the Cancellation, the
Company’s CREST facility may be cancelled in the future and, although the Ordinary Shares will remain
transferable, they may cease to be transferable through CREST (in which case, Shareholders who hold
Ordinary Shares in CREST will receive share certificates);"
I will be holding whatever knowing that ROX have put £m`s of funding into this at 10p a share. They will either re-list in the U.S. or a takeover offer will be made. May be holding a while for this to happen, but You will still have the same amount of shares in SND. See quite a few punters willing to take the gamble on this at lowest ever prices. Hope it comes good for You.
Aimgamer: You are correct that this would not be allowed in an ISA. Will be moving my holdings into a normal trading account when delisted. Also unable to have in a SIPP.
They would be tradable if shares are held in an ISA as per Government rules : or are admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the UK or the EEA. Superdry is traded on J.P. Jenkins after delisting and they use chosen brokers like A.J. Bell and others to match a trade with potential buyers/sellers at an agreed price. That`s how I read it anyway, please correct if this is wrong....
Good post Sorcerer. I intend to hold as ROX have bought at 10p. Any of the scenarios You mentioned could play out, but I believe that they intend to re-list at some point in U.S. As You have mentioned, it may take a few years as a LTD Co to do this. PI`s wiped out in panic or they dont want a de-listed Co. The risk for Me is worth holding as ROX will want a good return on their investment. A takeover offer would be very welcome though. Now averaged at 3.8p so hope this is the low.
They will provide an alternative broker as per Sorcerer`s previous comment. Still not confirmed that this will happen as will need to be voted on.
Some Treeshake Today has wiped loads of Punters out and looked planned T.B.H. I bought more as ROX would offer more than this if they wanted even more shares before de-list. Got a feeling an R.N.S. is due regarding Today`s massacre..
What time is turnaround due ? N.T. to sell so plenty of shares to snap up cheaply while You can.
Hope most of the PI sellers are now out if they dont want to hold after delist. Plenty buying in at 4p, so must have confidence that this will rise back up under new management.
I did send a message to the Company regarding non-trading after de-listing. Got no reply but they have since changed. Think the original proposal made a lot sell out. Crap now out of the way and hope to see a lot better Managed Co.
Totally agree the previous Management were a disaster and ROX have removed them regarding the finance side. Bought some more this Morning as it looks like it is de-listing and they will be tradable after this.
Current contracts look profitable and next accounts should look a lot better. One for the brave is this one, but its a risk worth taking IMO. Good Luck to current holders.
Will take that comment with a pinch of salt newbie. I have made thousands from SND and will make even more on the shares I am now holding. Need to do better than make ill judged comments. Hope You are also in on this one,
