Lets see if there is another small spike after US markets open. Takeover gossip will start to look more convincing then. What would be a fair price if an offer was made ? It would have to be over £8.00 IMO.

Noticed that 2 large afternoon spikes have happened Yesterday & Today. Obviously there is a fund accumulatiing these. Thought it was the free sold shares getting mopped up but this takeover news may well have some other preditor behind it. Just need an RNS/TR1 to confirm which fund/s are buying now. How does this incentivise employees ? They cant do anything more than what they are doing now or else it would already have been done. It is an addmission that the placing hasnt worked out as they thought it would. Wonder what the funds who also bought into this think. Can see why they have been selling out now.

To Me it says that they dont expect FDA approval very soon. As a sweetener for putting in Your money at the last placing, we will give You a good deal if You stay with us for another 2 years. One to put in the bottom draw now.

Strange one is this. Less than 80m shares in issue. Dividend cut and looking at share buy backs which will reduce issue even further hence less liquidity. Will be interesting to see if any of the big holding funds accumulate more before the share buy backs start. This will give a good indication of what is planned. See what any future TR1-RNS say. Definately something going on here.

Agree with that. Eminence had nearly 6.5% of shares or nearly 41.5m shares. It looks like they are been bought up fairly quickly at these levels. Expect them to be out soon if this continues. See what the TR1 says.

Eminence Capital now selling out. Hope they sell most of them this week. Buying more on each drop.

Bought more this Morning with divi from HIK. Income sources are fairly diverse and not totally reliant on the U.K. Just need to be patient as markets are in confusion with present world events and long term outcomes. Its a YES from Me on this one Simon.

HH88: You are spot on. UK is probably in a recession right now although not officially recognised by this Government. Reeves is totally out of Her depth and her policy is to tax everything hoping for a way out to fund Her borrowing. This Gov should be tried for treason. Wont mention the spineless leader.... Thats exactly what is required is an update in the form of an RNS. The Company has received additional funding from extending the initial placement for other funds to get on board. The board will probably giving updates to these funds privately but they shouldn`t exclude PI`s who also participated in the raise. Management doubts are starting to creep in now.

24.9 p divi. Thought the same in that S.P. hasnt dropped more which is unusual. Was going to buy some more Today expecting it to touch lows again but not complaining if it stays at this level.

Yes, I only bought in £3k`s worth so not a massive profit but looks like a great turnaround they have done. Bought into CMC as well as also looks like it could recover well from near lows. Know this is not GENI board discussions but not much news coming out of this so what the heck... Good luck with SBDS.

Bought into SBDS last week & sold out this Morning. Just need GENI to follow now as S.P. is far too low. Background seller needs to close out fully.
