Most probable, as the price was mid. Would have been a lot higher if they had been buys. Currently down £2.5K at this S.P. level with average of £ 0.28p. Intend to hold longer and you say the AGM is on the 23rd so not long to go to give a better direction of where the Comany stands. Will wait in anticipation for good news at AGM. Cheers.

Thanks for reply to a novice investor in this sector. This brings back memories of a Friend who used to go metal detecting in fields around Aldbrough. He told me that in one of the fields in a dip, that he had seen small oil deposits bubbling through in the Summer and that this area was normally water logged. I took it all with a pich of salt at the time. Makes me wonder how far the West Newton find extends as it seems he was not joking after all.

For the experts in oil exploration, what happens next ? I believe that the site has now stopped exploration and is waiting for an appraisal on the find. It seems to me that if a massive oil field has been discovered, then it would be a long time before the oil is obtained from the ground. This would need permission from East Riding Council to build tanks/pumps and separator equipment as well as the transportation issues. Wouldn`t it be better for a major to buy this find so that more funding wouldn`t be required to develop this site. Again, i`m not an expert in this field but can`t see any great price movement until all these issues have been resolved.

Just bought into this one for the potential of the West Newton discovery oil find. As you will all be aware, if the oil is recoverable in masive amounts, then large storage tanks and tanker traffic would be the main issues with the normal protest from the local residents. In this case, a pipeline direct to the South Humber refineries would be the solution as being more acceptable depending on reserves. The gas would go to the gas plants nearby via pipeline. Taken a small punt due to the noise being made regarding a large holder (CO) and probable fundraising required. Overall, i believe that this is a company worth investing in regardless of all the issues i have seen on this board and that the risks are more positive than negative.

Looks a promising outlook. More so that they still have a resonable cash balance after all the outgoings for expansion. There has to be several predators looking at this one to buy out....Pleeeeze.

Just seen Odey asset management are the biggest shorters. Hopefully this price range will keep at the support levels so they will have to reduce their short positions. Seems to be profit taking at these low levels but would only get a very low profit %. Will hold for now as long as it dosn`t go below 30p. An RNS would be welcome stating what the Company proposes to do to address issues.

Thank You for the info. If a consortium made a previous offer then at the price of £2.10, it would have been on property values and retailers rental income. Both will have gone down since then but not enough to justify the current SP. Unless there are other issues within the Company, then a takeover should be done now. Will wait and see.

Just had a gamble on this one even though i`m aware a fundraising could dilute more than my Mams lemon squash. If as you say that a sale of the crown jewels would be enough to clear most of the debt, what would a resonable full takeover price in your opinion. Dont know enough about this Company to make an estimate hence the gamble. I would be happy with a £1 offer including the debt as opposed to a fundraising. Looks to be a long-shot for any decent takeover price.

I gather that it is the same funds who bought into this are the ones still holding at very large losses. Been holding a very long time if so. Would normally cut their losses.

I only bought into THRU because of a contact saying there was a high chance of a takeover and has quite a lot of shares. I used to own Scoot/Coe but made a loss on them big time. Havn`t traded shares for over 3 Years but my contact is a very successful share trader so bought in. Prefer crypto trading but this one is worth the gamble in my opinion. Lets hope my contact is right.

Seems strange that PI`s were not allowed into this meeting although it wasn`t an AGM but a private one correct me not. The technology that they have brought onto the market has massive use all over the World and i believe that they are the only Company at present that has a use case for the scanners and future orders. It would be better for an early takeover before others get into the market. It makes sense that II`s are not going over the threashold to avoid having to make an offer. A takeover seems the only logical reason why they are holding as it is a loss making Co on paper...Will hold for 6 Months.

Can understand why II`s are holding onto most of the share issue. It`s not for the dividend...A sniff of interest will see the the share price treble IMO.
