Persimmon. Never thought about the Company going private but would always be an option given the rising acceptance of their technology around the World. It would have to be on good terms for the large holders to agree to this. I do agree that 2020 will be the defining moment and hope that holding will bring worthy results. Forecast price for 2020: £ 1.20....

afrc: It does seems that a long wait is indeed required regardless of all the good news. Pi buying wont be enough as most of the shares are held by ii`s. Seems that none of them want to take their holdings any higher to avoid having to make an offer. All i can sumise is that they are all waiting for a takeover offer from an outsider. Pointless holding on to these otherwise. Persimmon mentioned that all of the early ii buyers will be well out of pocket on this one and they dont want to take a big loss...Can only wait and see...

Ha Ha....I currently work on sewage farms and have stopped smelling the taste of S##t so no supprise with being dealt some more of the brown stuff. Glad this is all out now and just need to get on with the job of getting oil out of ground...if ever.

Hi Btmfeeder. I invested in this primarily for a takeover as i believe that the products developed and in use are cutting edge and proven. You are correct that a longer hold is maybe required but tend to get boored holding for too long if no significant SP movement. Great Company, but needs a bigger player coming on the scene and supprised that there isnt one using terahertz screening for security. Nice to see a military version.

Decent results with new product coming onto the market. Not enough to break free from 30p though. Will hold another 6 Months.

You are correct about the 30p barrier. Looks like a Company announcement is required to break this one.

Yes, you do feel for people that get in this state but it`s part of the learning curve when dealing with volitile shares. Soon forgotten when this one comes in and wondered why you got into such a state of mind. If you can`t stand the heat......

True in most cases but a share drop like this would concern most investors. If you believe that this Company has a great asset, then it will come good if you can hold your nerve. Have been down to no fingernails left on other shares in the past but now accept that`s what you get on an Aim share. Still topping up in this one though as i believe it will get results. GL.

I believe that it is registered holder at the end of Todays session that will receive the dividened and that you will not be eligible if you sell out now. I stand to be corrected but cant have it both ways.

Agree strongly. The movement Today is pure speculation on what the agreed placing price will/has been set at.

Why would they do that Persimmon as cant see what benefit this would have given the small amount of PI`s invested here.

Thanks for that opinion Croq. The placing when it is agreed should be conditional in that the shares cannot be sold/lent out for a certain period given that they will be at a discount. Probably wont happen and that the additional shares issued will be sold off quickly. A very dangerous market is AIM if you expect a level playing field.

Ever thought that UJO are raising cash so that they can be in a better position for negotiations regarding selling their stake in WN. With over £7m in cash after the fund raising, they would be in a great position for any negotiations and not feel under-pressure to take an offer at the bottom end.

Sold out at spike and bought back in Today with 2K worth. Can see an immediate 15% fall on Monday as the paniking herd sell. Looks to be a great opp to top up IMO. I believe that a lot of holders believed that UJO would be bought out quickly given the RBD fund raising and would be getting a decent profit. It dosnt seem to be the case and that UJO are paying their share of further exploration cost. Looks to be a longer term hold on to the shares for a while now before the true value of the field is established. I believe that UJO are doing the correct thing in raising more cash but am puzzled at the timing of the RNS which is not for the benefit of the PII`s.
