Shetty will be involved somewhere but clever enough to remain out of sight. The recent sale of shares by the major holders at £12.50 was seen as an acceptable price and i`m sure that they would have done their homework of the true value of the Company. It is manipulation purely regarding the SP so that shares can be bought up cheaply in anticipation of a takeover.

They sold out at £12.50 i believe. I dont think they would accept less than that unless they want to get out. They only sold out due to debt and not by choice.

That the Abu Dhabi Government have been informed supports a bid if they have approved this. The Government which is ruled by the Royals will only approve on their terms regarding who will be behind a bid.

Think if a bid was too low then the Chinese would also be interested. Would be looking at £15.00 region.

I would have thought that Shetty will be getting backing from others to launch a bid very soon. It can`t continue like this but the lower the price, the sooner a bid. Can see this happening very soon.

Whatever the reason, this share is getting the full G.B.H. treatment at moment. There is buying at these price so hopefully the bottom is reached.

Thought i was in at a good price when at £1.33 and then came the bad news 2 days later with the drop. Have topped up again Today to average out at £ 1.12 but the selling continues. Hope this is the bottom and that all bad news is priced in. Can only hope the Travelex site gets restored soon to stop the rot...

Spot on with the price regarding the drop. But soon was bought into giving confidence that these shares are wanted at these prices. Also see Norge increased holding. Will be looking for a steady rise from here as the Co is well funded and has a large order book. Will be in the £2.00 region this Year if nothing bad happens.

Very good point to mention Barclays giving a £40 SP forecast only Yesterday. What time did they release this as the sell off increased near the closing bell and then went back up just a few minutes before the end of the trading session. They will know exactly what price the ************** has been agreed at so are either giving out deceiving info or are confident that a large SP rise will happen. How trustworthy are Barclays ? Bought in myself Yesterday thinking it was a repeat panic sell off again so will either see a big loss Today or be booking my holidays. My opinion is that we will see an S.P. rise as it is of benefit to this Company.

Its a safe bet given the uncertainty in the Middle East. People still smoke should the situation escalate. The sell off was overdone in the first place and its finding its true value.

It`s not a vaping ban as initially feared. It`s a ban on mint/fruit flavoured liquid delivered by cartridge e cigarettes. I would have thought that this would not be a major impact on IMB as I believe that they only sell cartridge cigs in Japan at present (BLU). Not sure how the market will react to be honest but at least this has now been sorted. Will be topping up if a panic sell off happens Today. This news could also be the start of where the SP should realy be in the £20`s.

The large sell off also seems to related to the vaping deaths in the USA and Trump wanting an immediate ban before establishing the true causes of the deaths, which seem to be cannabis related vaping. I havn`t heard of anymore vaping related deaths recently. Seems to be an over reaction on this but will take time for the SP to recover. Still getting a very good dividend as long as the SP dosn`t go any lower so will continue to hold these.
