I'm not sure there's been much evidence of selling in the trading.
However the order book and trade feed are a giant game of smoke and mirrors.
So it's just as likely they've decided to hold as well as sell now imo.
I imagine they may well have taken the view it'd be counterproductive to sell any more now (price wise) and it'd be far better to let the price build, and hopefully, go a lot higher on COPD results, before considering selling any more.

Markets currently starting up to the realisation that the virus isn't gone, America still struggling with it, and second waves in winter are going to be coming increasingly close. All the main markets being hammered.

I think the only official mention was "summer". So could be any time from now on really.
I believe the rest is just speculation but probably based on COVID hospital data being scheduled for some time in July.
On that front, I too would think it's likely they want to get the COPD data out before the COVID data, and provide a "good news sandwich" as they say, because I think it's more likely the COPD data will be better than the COVID hospital data, where they're treating later stage patients.

I am no fan of Boris either, and I definitely agree, on the politician front, that those in glass houses should not throw stones.
Although, having been a long time disapprover of both him and Trump, I don't feel like I'm in the glass house ;)
It's those people who support Boris and Trump that are even more to blame than those chumps themselves.

Also, you've got to remember, this is in a traditional low period for viruses!

As you can see, outside of weeks 12-40 in the UK, the flu spread is negligible.
Within that period the peak varies but ramps up massively.
Ie, late-March to early October, the virus hardly spreads.
If there's any seasonality at all in coronavirus, which appears likely, then there could be a big resurgence for any country that's not got the numbers down very low by October:

Yeah. I never rely on charts that much but most shares zig-zag to some degree as they rise or fall. If that coincides with fundamental (and psychological) reasons all the better. 35p (give or take a momentary dip being likely to be a floor) and 50p likely to be resistance and a psychological selling point on the way back up. All playing out pretty logically thus-far.

Of course it can.
You can constitute a trend however you like.
If you did it using 50 highs and lows it would be a much stronger trend however the chances of you getting that in a stock like this are next to nothing.
The earlier you spot a pattern the more useful ;)

I think we're currently seeing the most "natural" trading there has been for a while.
50p was always going to be a likely point for traders to jump off from the recovery ride from the placing price.
Now we've pulled back, the trading has steadied, and the buying/selling is balancing out.
If it continues to steady, people should see the pullback has ended, and could get a second wind.

Was quite tough to buy then. Managed to squeeze through some shares and spreads before ask jumped up.

Did pay for it for a few years (mainly because it was a pain in the backside to cancel and I never got round to it).
Whilst it feels nice to have “more data”, the order book is a game of smoke and mirrors in itself (that may be stacked to deceive at times), and I came to the conclusion that I could make just as good decisions without it.
