In fact, further to my last post, it doesn't just indicate Lansdowne and Acacia haven't been selling any more, it pretty much proves it, unless you believe it's a magical coincidence that the shares in issue, divided by the last reported Acacia+Lansdowne+Directors holding, just happens to almost exactly equal the votes cast for (give or take a minimal amount for PIs).

=40120298 (40.12m)
Votes cast for ranged between 40.45m and 40.55m.
