reading many posts yesterday across numerous boards many investors took a negative slant on the rns. However my slant was that of which has been posted on ADVFN (below)and it just shows how an rns can be perceived so differently.

From the telegram group, makes perfect sense. Courtesy of Richard.
I got a reply from Tim yesterday regarding the no defined time horizon quote. An extract below
"These three lines all need to be read rather than just three words (“no defined time horizon”). Al is saying in his quote he wants to sell when shareholder value will be maximised. Not sell cheap, not hold for ever, and looking every day at whether today is the right time to sell, whilst continually increasing the value. No one timeline fits all companies, even if an indicative one has been provided. Some may be sold quicker than the indicative timeline, some may be held longer to maximise value to Tern shareholders. In fast moving markets which are presenting continuing opportunities to the portfolio companies it would be inappropriate to have a “defined time horizon” for an exit and indeed this would be seriously value destructive if potential buyers knew Tern was selling by a certain date."
Confirms what many had said yesterday, why have a gun held to tern’s head if in talks due to stupid timelines they’ve missed already.
From MY stance point the fundamentals are all improving greatly and in the cold light of day investors will see the manner in which the RNS was ACTUALLY meant and the sp will rise accordingly. Again poorly worded and the Nomad and PR company are both culpable and should be relieved of their duties imo for being incapable of performing their duties .... but hey maybe they are loading up.
Al Sisto and Directors are also once again guilty of shooting themselves in the foot for producing another poorly written RNS. However an exit will now be announced completely out of the blue as time lines have been erased and maximum value for share holders of which Al is the largest is the key driver. Income continues to gather due to recurring revenues and top class investee companies with synergies that promote each other and are all going Global.
That is a fantastic achievement and Al must still take credit but needs to silence the doubters and naysayers. One good exit will do it.
