You cannot understand the lack of transparency/clarity. You fail in spectacular fashion to understand Device Authority or Tern. No advantage for Device Authority to declare any figures yet until they declare they are ipo ready or for when takeover occurs. Global blue chip companies will then send in accountants to conduct due diligence etc etc they will get to see the figures and we may never know.

When not even signed off by the accountants. Bearing in mind that the 4th quarter 2020 was the best ever and we have recurring revenues then I for one seriously doubt bloomberg figures.

I prefer to take the figurs from this link that show figures at 6 million for the end of 2020 and whilst it is a calculated estimate it makes more sense bearing in mind what we hear from spark matrix and our lead position. So it could be 6000 or 6 million. Well those well researched in Tern and who actually hold shares and have no hidden agenda's will say Pomandas figures will no doubt show a truer reflection imo than those of bloomberg.

Companies house only have the accounts up to year ending 2020 and yet according to Yteeback bloomberg have the accounts for 2021. You get to top up Tern shares at bargain price knowing that when the exit comes it will show exponential multiples of todays price. If the investee firms wanted to release info then it would in Wylds case benefit them and that is why we see all the wyld news. In device authorities case it in no way benefit them to release figures and it would only be good for Tern shareholders. However if Device Authority were to IPO then the news would be out there quicker than **** of a shovel. We will find out the rerate this year and like many I wait patiently as it will be so very worthwhile.

The green boxes cannot stop the tide, soon to be swept away from their bridges. It is only a matter of time. The inevitable multibag of the sp cannot be stopped, however hard they try the naysayers are on a hiding to nothing.

That was conducted from an arrangement made several years earlier if I recall correctly. Revenues in quarter 4 2020 were the largest for device Authority and that seems to be continuing in the same vain throughout 2022. Are we to believe what we are told by leading figures from blue chip global companies about Keyscaler, or do I listen to the likes of Grees,Ytee Aka yorkshire tea or ytback or copycat or numerous others. Bobsocks at least puts up creditable research that also confirms what a great buy Tern shares are as we have investee companies that are partnered with and recognized by Global giants and are each highly rated in their respective disruptive tech sectors.

The above posters choose to ignore the above facts because it suits their agenda. They own no shares in Tern but post repeatedly. They are either telling big porkies or need medical intervention imo. Suggest all potential investors listen to those individuals that work for the large Global companies that are partnered with Device Authority and who are all deploying Keyscaler worldwide of which Tern own 53% approx of DA.

TM going about its business very nicely. That's without the great strides the other investee companies are making. That is the nature of Tern re rate only seen on takeover or partnership or exit. The floodgates will be opened to release the tidal surge and then you will see the sp rise to a all time high that many would like you to believe is improbable.

The hecklers will only leave once their improbable is proven to be more than possible and those that invested and stayed the course are rewarded "handsomely" to go arm in arm with Al's quote of nearly a year ago of "handsome figures" now coming through.

!00% ownership of Maloi confirmed. Imo a great acquisition. Rockfire now has year round operational mining and should avoid the sp stagnation when the Aussi rainy season restricts the flow of news. Very pleased this acquisition by rockfire has been confirmed. This will be 1p -1.5p this year. It could be as early as the next fortnight or it may take as long as a few months.Whichever, our newsflow and prospects have never been greater than they are currently and a JV imo is very likely to be announced in 2022 re commencement of shallow pit gold mining. Delighted with today's confirmation as believed it may have come in June, so ahead of my expectations.
