I have to say that this has to be one of the best mining stocks around for medium term hold and aiming for a ten million hold here. working my way towards 7 million holding. Some investors will never see the potential. Take note of those posters who write sense based on informed facts, rather than the disgruntled ramblings of a bitter and twisted investor.

WSG is imo at the very top of the leader board for those that need medical help and intervention.

I now believe after yesterday that Tern may well be the 2022 share of the year. Happy to be patient to be proved correct. Suggest all potential investors listen to yesterday presentation and previous market day presentations to see how all Tern investee companies are showing continued exponential growth.

Watched and listened to a very good presentation. To be honest it is as I expected from what I hear. Not difficult to find how truly global Keyscaler is and how many significant partners are now deploying keyscaler to win big contracts. I remember Darron Anthill maybe 3 or 4 years ago during a presentation when he stated their ambition was for Keyscaler to be Global and said with the conviction of a man who new exactly what he was doing and congratulations to team Device Authority and team Al Sisto who have ensured the stealth inwhich Device Authority has grown their ecosystems with their many Blue chip partners.

Amusingly it staggers me that the sp is still so low. I believe that is because so many investors and others are totally unaware of iot, certification, authentication and the beauty of scalability and the savings and enhanced security that Keyscaler brings to Global companies in every sector.

Yesterday we were literally told a deal when it comes will be out of the blue. Look at how quite and the stealth in which keyscaler has been successfully trialled and then deployed. I have no doubt it will be out of the blue and the sp will multi bag at a minimum 6 times from here. So 70 to 80p minimum.

I would assume that if the re rate was to be any larger due to the sums involved then I would expect to see the Tern shares suspended therefore looking all investors out and rewarding those that currently hold with a large dividend and whopping sp.

This really should see a 60% rise in sp today as we are so much more advanced than we were when at 20p+ several months ago. All businesses for sale and trade sale or IPO for device authority imo. UK investors should make hay before the OTCQB approval of application arrives as investors across the pond will realize the true worth and that is a certainty.

fully agree with your post,either that or generally someone that has lost more than they can afford. But then at the early stage haven't most investors. I certainly have but I never resorted to blaming other investors that post their views nor becoming over zealous in posts and certainly when not holding shares. It is just bad form and disingenuous.

At the end of the day life has been tough for many individuals and most are her to try and make a bit of extra dosh for a variety of reasons whether £50 or £5000 or £50 000. So good luck in your research. It is unprofessional to deliberately try and knock a share. I have a couple of friends that were put of putting a couple of K in each by WSG. They could have been £400 to £500 up which to them would have been huge. I could have sold my 6 million shares and lost significant money due to WSGuy because of his unhealthy bias. He is worse than OMM who he maligned quite wrongly. OMM is enthusiastic and research based. WSG is no research and has cost a few individuals from making money.

His own friend could have bought back in at the ridiculously low price and resold in 48 hours and made back certain losses. Not really helping his friend much but as he says his forte is not shares but property portfolios.

WSG would do better to pass on some words of wisdom to the board on which are the best areas for potential property buys and then we may gain some knowledge that may be used productively to increase everyone's prosperity and see the positive side of WSG engaging with the board. I say this with 15 years of share dealing which is a lot less than many more wiser than myself

Hope you have phoned Allenby Capital and told them what for. I valued it to get to between 1- 1.5p this year so expect that you have given them both barrels and no doubt told them how upset you are that in your humble and skewered opinion that they are misleading folk that are still wet behind the ears even though you are the only crusader that believes it to be so. I however continue to research and build here at currently very attractive price. Oil man mike is at least very knowledgeable and whilst I read all posts. Any investment is made on my research and not the whole say of other posters. No one to blame but your friend. Never put all eggs in one basket either. Your friend has even more money with his losses than many friends and acquaintance's that I know so he would do well to count his blessing and just learn from his mistake. Imo he is probably luckier than most except for his choice of friends.

All those that moaning because they have sold large sums well you contribute to your own downfall sometimes when news is sparse. A loss is only a paper loss and is only realized when you sell. I will continue to add and I hold nearly 6 million.

lastly if individuals ask for proof of share ownership to belong to a board I totally agree. If you are not holding your motives are very suspect. It ensures that generally those admitted have at least conducted a modicum of research. I continue to hold and build a healthy stake here. When the knockers come out it is a big BUY in my book and the Zinc purchase is not even priced in.

Good luck to those that have left as there are many great opportunities out there currently. But best advice is DYOR (do your own research and take ownership when investing your hard earned. It should be obvious but clearly newbies still ignore when seasoned investors say DYOR. It is said for a reason and a shame that WSGuys friend did not heed the words of wisdom and that friends did not warn him likewise. That the 5 investee businesses continue to make inroads and partnerships within their specialized fields. They would appear to be increasing recurring revenues. Imo however the really startling numbers will start to be shown in the years account. So early 2023, however I expect an exit or two to be announced this year.

I would have thought one exit or partnership or an offer for TERN or any combination in H1 and another in H2.

I would expect to see the sp start to gain traction and I would expect news flow to increase before the AGM and at least one rns that would cause a sharp re rate of the sp. Good luck to all holders. Not much longer to go. News could come at anytime . Those not in will be caught out massively imo.
