those that follow the device Authority website will have noticed that they have trimmed the list of partnerships from 45 to 26. Seems like they are only listing those that they deem relevant current and in terms of significance I notice that Venafi carries pole position ahead of Microsoft and Entrust, Ericsson and Thales taking up top spot.

Definitely looks like Microsoft did not want to pay the asking price or feels they do not need to own the rights or IP and patents for Keyscaler and it appears we are therefore concentrating our efforts in other partnering directions. A very impressive list of select partners for Device Authority.

All the points raised in my post are valid and I hear much from my tech friend who is very heavily invested.

Furthermore investors are investing on timings that are stated by Al Sisto as in 5 years for exit and two liquidity events first due to happen last JUly , but Al Sisto says he wants further a further two quarters whereby the handsome numbers being seen will add value to eventual sale price. we are now a further 3 months on from that.

Lets be clear I fully appreciate what Al Sisto seems to have achieved but without having evidence to corroborate this as in numbers and positive media then we will never be enjoying an SP where it should be. The OTCQB is just another example of this.

The death earlier this year of a holder on ADVFN made the above points even more profound. He has missed out and perhaps even his family on what is a miss match of sp to current value of the investee companies due to the very little information that is given.

Many an investor could be unfortunate to be in the same position. If it was not for great researchers we would indeed all know very little if relying on the info given by tern. It does make a few investors query if Al Sisto is trying to get a mates buyout at a ludicrous 50p or lower price.

If I was a betting man I would say that lack of transparency and accounting techniques have cost tern the OTCQB listing. Imo you can see how this last set of accts and wording is trying to rectify historical failings and may help them get OTCQB listing down the line.

So in summary whilst Al Sisto is very competent in IOT and is extremely knowledgeable and has a fabulous network of business contacts and is I am sure very influential. I am not that naive to just ignore his failings in areas where improvements are sorely needed.

Do not be fooled. He may have less support than you might imagine and he was fortunate to get the approval for the last fund raise after a lower amount of shares had been put forward by the board from the initial amount.

He may be skating on thin ice and I have heard that many prominent shareholders were not impressed by the two liquidity events that did not happen. An update should have been made re the OTCQB application. They need to explain why the Tern website and time lines for exits which have been given to shareholders is repeatedly missed.

They owe shareholders an apology at worst and a commitment to get it correct going forward. Especially in conjunction with better communication and to actively promote the investee businesses and move the share price forward with proper figures and not just handsome numbers. I for one will attend the AGM if I have the time.

Device authority must be seeing exponential growth and recurring revenues from expanding partnership network.

Tern owns circa 53% and value will imo soon translate on first exit, ipo ,spac or merger/partnership. Share price will multi bag from this current level. Not if just which month the hockey stick will appear on lse tern graph. One afternoon or morning it will appear. Case of being in or missing out.

Al Sisto would make Tern a laughing stock and he himself would lose credibility when negotiating an exit should a fund raise happen for any less than 20p and really should be closer to 30p.
