there will be no fund raising for less than the previous which was concluded at 18.8p. How incompetent would Al Sisto and the FD look if with all the progress they have been telling us about and handsome figures resulted in a fund raise lower than the previous. They would indeed be in a fair old pickle. I for one believe good news on a large scale is not only due but will arrive in due course. That is why I am invested. Hoping to buy some more soon before it increases dramatically.

The research and confirmation is out there. I see todays rns as positive in many aspects and really endorses the quality and standing of Al Sisto. Not in his eighties as poorly researched posts would have you believe. Invested for a big payday like many here that post and actually hold shares!

in all honesty no one takes e bomber serious. Other posters on advfn post great research which can be duly checked for authenticity. Easy to understand that Al Sisto has investee companies at last growing exponentially and wants to seek maximum shareholder value. I fully anticipate that up to three blue chip companies are very likely conducting due diligence on DA's current revenues and patents etc etc. They may have even paid for the privilege which would not be uncommon.

The for sale sign at DA must be up and even if Al does not want to monetise his efforts I am sure Darron Anthill and other DA shareholders would like a substantial exit pay day sooner rather than later to enjoy the rewards of their hard work and all the years of planning and perseverance. Exit is looming imo.

I believe the adjustment to timescales in the last 12 months will see all shareholders generously recompensed for the delay which I am more than happy to accept. Exit really needs to complete in first half of 2022 and signs suggest the sp starting to move in first quarter hopefully. Good luck all Tern share holders.

Must be yesterdays very newsworthy rns. Device Authority website has 47 partners and yet I cannot remember seeing Avnet. It is obvious that DA were doing business before this closer strategic relationship has been announced formally. Will we see them added to the list of partners and if so where as there does seem some sort of potential pecking order.? Was this previously undocumented due to an NDA which for what ever reason they are both happy to lapse. Happy to be corrected. Feeling sorry for anyone who is a forced seller as this could pop at any moment and from any investee company imo. As Al said last year we are in constant discussions with multiple parties.

I did notice in the last update that the phrase "trade sale" was used for the first time in respect of Terns investee companies. Not been commented on much but it could indeed indicate that the for sale sign is up and that potential interested parties are being allowed to look at the books.

Has a knack of moving the sp Northwards. With all this news and Avnet joining the list of companies deploying Keyscaler. Revenues were up 67 % in first half year 2021 then 2nd half so continued growth and expect this year 2022 has probably witnessed that in the first two months.

Remember Al's "handsome numbers" seen coming through last year. Well a 3pm RNS bodes well for the future.May as well get used to the new timings USA. OTC near or far but it will not stop the deployment of Keyscaler in it's many formats. The beauty of a global company. It grows whilst we are sleeping. TERN will be a Multibagger in 2022 and for more multiples than we would see in 2021. All investee companies doing very nicely. Recurring revenues should be gaining further traction and looking very "handsome".

The rns is great and if investors cannot understand why DA financial numbers are not being divulged then you really should keep your hard earned in a bank or premium bonds as you have obviously no understanding of the business world and how it operates.
Telling sentence is you must have courage. It basically translates in my view to "do not sell" but I can disclose no more.
OTC will only occur just before our first exit imo. Happy as the share price is 80% roughly on last fund raise at 18.8p when investors and retail investors thought it was value for money as oversubscribed. The business has only increased in revenues and opportunities and partnerships. 11.50 is therefore a bit of a bargain when all measures are taken into consideration imo!

Quite correct and great to see that all these new Avatars that have done their homework and have seen ytee and others for the trolls and traders that they are. Al said their would be no additional shares to facilitate the OTC listing. That does not mean that a fund raise will not happen well before or well after an OTC listing.
I have to presume the latter as we will get more funds with an enhanced sp for the remaining circa 28 million shares available still to issue. So it would make sense.

As Al had the option to raise funds at 18.8p for the entire 50 million shares. I believe he would literally be crucified if he were to raise funds at any time in the future for any amount less than 18.8p
As firstly the businesses have all moved on appreciably and secondly it was totally oversubscribed by pi investors and retail investors. He would imo literally be the creator of his own downfall.
Genuine investors have no issues with fund raises at circa 20p like last time and I guess they would expect closer to 30p on future if you are to take into acct that revenues are increasing by 75 % potentially ever 6 months according to Al and his handsome figures. Tim in PR and Al Sisto are both very aware how strong the feelings are on this.
