50 million Tern gets nothing

Does anyone on here know of any reason why we would be unable to fulfill the requirements. Only interested in comments and observations from bona fida Tern investors.

imo you do not want to miss this opportunity. Better than any Black Friday Deals at these prices. Sub 20p is a Christmas pressie and imo not to be missed. Speak to any consultant in IOT that is worth their salt and they sure as hell know all about Keyscaler.

Having a purple patch for certain. Will Tern continue my good run up to Christmas. Got a good feeling about it.

In all honesty I would expect 95% expected the rollover and the announcement has to be made. It does not however preclude another one or more rns being released before Christmas ( which is my take on the events and timelines that Al Sisto has stated. However Antelope has a point of view that he is referring to financial and not calender year.

Which ever way you look at this it is 4 months max time frame. For a £1+ sp it is immaterial which of the two timelines. It is a win win as if liquidity event this side of Christmas I can topslice 50% and have an even better Christmas than originally planned. If not I get the chance to purchase more Tern shares over a period of an extra 4 months. WIN WIN for all holders.

Can only imagine what is being made up in the green filtered boxes. Repetitive boring *******s for certain. News could still drop today or any day. I personally have never been more chilled. Ice Ice baby.

Time for the monday morning countdown. DA held for over 7 years. Tern strategy , as stated on their home page, is 3 to 5 years development. Therefore, over 2 years late with DA. Covid not a valid excuse as covid has accelerated uptake and growth in this sector. BoD have stated that they were waiting till quarter 4 to demonstrate revenue growth. Tern raised funds from investors earlier in the year to improve their negotiating position. All facts. Their words not ours. No debate necessary. 4 weeks of credibility left. IMO.

The clock is ticking. However I still have all the confidence that we shall see an sp all time high before Christmas.

As I have not read the ridicule post I am unsure of what your post is clarifying unfortunately. I think most are aware that it is open protocol with fido. However if you are a global multi national business that wants the best in class then it would appear that many ( as seen by those attending at the webinars that Device Authority and Partners have conducted) will deploy what is clearly best in class which according to many senior, capable and highly regarded management in many blue chip companies is Keyscaler.

Keyscaler can secure iot devices at scale and without human intervention and saves businesses a lot of money in more ways than one especially when they escape being hacked. I do not think anyone on this board that Keyscaler is priority and I fail to see how that is connected to patents. What every investor in the main on this board will agree on is that Keyscaler is highly spoken of by Intel, Microsoft, EPS Global. I therefore base my investment assuming that big blue chip companies in IOT will actually not waste their time or money just to string along Device Authority and tern shareholders.

Another day closer to liquidity event. OTC will be announced first imo. it does not take a rocket scientist. Any doubt go to terns website and just play the videos for each of the investee. Great reminder of the high caliber of Leadership we have within our portfolio of World Class Disruptive Technological companies.

But having read all the posts re Global Auto opportunity and you cannot imagine the revenue potential from this single sector. Verticals, horizontals and ecosystem after ecosystem year after year after year of re occurring revenues for over a decade. Device Authority seem to hold a royal flush imo with Keyscaler. Well done to all concerned at Device Authority and Tern to having successfully passed the point of inflection.

Tern sp will multibag from this point and it does not surprise me having seen the list of multi billion companies that DA are presenting to at this Global Auto Event. Device Authority with 3 speakers and Tern owns approx 56% share.

You look at the length and breadth of the market that Device Authority can deploy Keyscaler and more importantly that of it's partners either as Keyscaler or under white labeling which we know is also occurring. I doubt we fully understand the scale to which white labeling of Keyscaler is being deployed. When the figure for Device Authority sale is disclosed I look forward to unfiltering Y tee. Cannot wait. Those posts will be even more hilarious. Mark my words.

Not if but when a sale for Device Authority is announced. If not microsoft then whom. Whilst I have always thought 1.3 billion I now look at this and think how many billion? 1 or 2 billion or is it unrealistic now to really believe several billion more...... but certainly not 30 billion as quoted by some posters on advfn. The fund raise got through due to the backing of a certain holder and a group of other holders who whilst wanting to vote no as a protest vote due to lack of transparency and news agreed to vote less as did not want to tie the hands of Al Sisto with not having funds to counter any offers or have any percentage decreased drastically in any fundraising that the investee companies might carry out in the near future, To allow £3 million plus on the balance sheet so that any negotiations could be conducted whilst holding a strong hand.

Recent conversations suggests that they are far from happy with the communicating of news showing no improvement and the sp sitting at 20p and not 50p++ due to Terns continued silence. They have given Al the benefit of the doubt till Christmas I believe after which well they may just assert some pressure as a CEO can only break his own timescales for delivery on so many occasions before it backfires.

That is why we shall have sp enhancing news before Christmas imo.

Yes a private UK company could be bought for 1billion upwards and some believe Bill Gates just goes "oh okay then" Get real it takes time to do these deals and news will arrive by Christmas. No doubt the replies will be 6 years blah blah blah from those irrelevant observes spectating from the sidelines without two beans to their name.

A few businesses that are partnered with Device authority are showing stupendous growth. This without doubt must be filtering back to Device Authority bottom line.

The deployment of Keyscaler must be starting to show re occurring revenues starting to come through in the last 6 months but more so from this point forwards if we remember that quarter four 2020 showed the best turnover of any quarter for Device Authority to that point and that has continued throughout 2021 with handsome numbers coming through as far back as two quarters ago. They will be more than handsome numbers 6 months along the track.

As Darron Anthill said over two years back when asked can you keep up with demand. He said yes we can with the help of our partners and it looks like those partnerships have strengthened no end and even new partnerships must be gaining traction and likely to show similar growth trends.

I remain an extremely content investor with all that I hear and read about Device Authority and I have no reason to believe that Al Sisto will not deliver shareholder value this quarter with Tern holding a 56% share of Device Authority.

A liquidity event was due in June but he quite rightly wanted to get more shareholder value and as such stated that two further quarters would see Device Authority worth much more. If he wanted any extension on the timescales that he set to get an even greater enhanced payday on exit he would need to release some news that would see the sp increase so to reward shareholders that may need to sell and give more meat on the bones as too what is occuring if only to say we have had interest from X many parties and look to conclude a deal by Y .

That imo would be the only acceptable alternative. But I have huge faith in Al Sisto and all those that have made the 5 investee companies leaders in their respective fields of technology. Al it is time to shine. Those that are not invested and take exception. Well gripe and whine away because soon you will no more. Even you deluded trolls must realize this.

I shall take some of my profits and enjoy treating those I hold dear to me. That is a lot of relatives and even more very special friends. If Tern announces an exit before Christmas then Ternors could really boost the UK economy by splashing the cash and spreading happiness. GLA.
