has seen a concerted attempt by mm's and trolls to try and hammer the Tern SP. However it has failed miserably. Another trading day closer to the explosive RNS that will launch the SP to an all time high. Deal done so far as I can see and just waiting for it to be signed sealed delivered.

If investors cannot grasp the basic please sell and find a better opportunity elsewhere. Save yourselves. Most of us have done the research and that is why we are invested and new orders are rolling in across all FIVE investee companies.

Imo this was when Microsoft/ DA partnership really upped a gear and this has continued throughout 2021. Happy to see how they compare with Microsoft's 2021 quarterly update.

Yes in a nutshell "a moment of clarity" that not everyone has. The info, well a fraction of it is out there in the general domain and yet still investors cannot see the wood for the trees. Some might say they are as daft as planks. I appreciate the ignorance of the general populace and their knowledge of IOT and what Keyscaler offers as this has kept the share price low. I am one of them that however saw an opportunity and has actively pursued those in the field of IOT and securing devices.

Happiness is sometimes as simple as just being content with research that one does and in some cases does not do. But they are still content. Win Win.

The mm's want to make a market lower but only traders selling out at this juncture in hope...a dangerous game but they will have made enough over the previous years. Good luck to all. Pounds not pence, days and weeks now. Not months and years.

The odd excellent snippet re continuing growth and new contracts, especially a win of a competitor. You can understand why they have NDA's in place. They are gagged by the lawyers from mentioning the "liquidity event" which is on the horizon. Let those investors that wish to sell go, I know which side my bread is buttered and know all I need to know re Keyscaler deployment. I think I shall definitely spend some of my profits going to South America and somewhere overgrown. :-)) Another lifelong ambition ticked.

All roads lead to Tern. Growing Exponentially on five fronts. I can see cracks appearing in the dam wall, There may be a leak. Perhaps a steady stream of buying before the wall and news breaks. Just waiting for rns announcing that one or more of Tern's portfolio of companies is subject to an initial bid of ?????????? and that terns shares are suspended until completion of acquisition. I think the share price will keep rising until the regulators tell them they have no alternative but to release an rns saying they know no reason why the sp has risen which would be impossible imo under current circumstance of liquidity event/s due so the suspension of Tern would see the current shareholders at that time benefit from a massive share price once trading resumes.

It seems a genuine possibility imo given the news that is landing daily. If MS are the buyers would they announce this week alongside their quarterly financials? Still just have a gut feeling it will be AWS. I think it may be one that in years to come will carry legendary status. It does not feel like we will have much longer to wait.

need to visit the Device Authority website as over the last two months especially their has been notable subtle changes and it has a much more user friendly and more expansive in accommodating queries in relation to Keyscaler and much much more. I am sure it has not gone unnoticed but certainly the professionalism and additions to the Device Authority website confirms imo that they are handling more and more queries regarding the deployment of Keyscaler from many new interested companies.

Just thought I would mention it as very little has been said on the boards but it is very noticeable.

Purchased for an undisclosed amount one of 4 security enhancing acquisitions made by Microsoft.

In a related article it was said that "Cloudknox was purchased after operating for 2 years in stealth mode" . Sounds very familiar to Device Authority and Keyscaler operating in stealth mode, however closer probably to 3 - 4 years. Same MO is no coincidence. Carefully planned and thought out strategy that we shall soon see has been executed to perfection.

So that means we are bang within the time lines for being acquired. The question is not if DA is being acquired, but merely when and by whom. Majority of investors would say Microsoft I have my reservations. I believe AWS may just trump the lot.

Suggest any new investor reads what Microsoft, Intrinsic, EPS Global, AWS and Intel say about Keyscaler as they busy themselves deploying it Globally. They all enthuse about the functions it performs at scale and without human intervention thus securing IOT "it is the glue to everything IOT". It has taken best part of 6 years to get to this inflection point when pence really do become pounds.
I will listen to the words from rated individuals employed by multinational blue chip companies that specialize in IOT as opposed to avatars that hold no shares, post old news, that is inaccurate, misleading and generally just negative derisory commentary. As an investor you really have to question their motive and as quick as I filter them a new one always pops up. Who was the last one, yfront or something.
Great news is due and yes you can almost tell....it won't be long. Sp will be on a prolonged blue run. Maybe it was the start of the run yesterday.

On another note, I think the reason the directors haven’t bought any stock as I believe a deal was struck about 2 years ago, stopping buying as it would be seen as insider dealing.

Seeing as your posts carry no substance and are obviously agenda driven (trying to get shares at a lower price and totally disingenuous. I believe newbies would only have to look at advfn and see the posters that are rightly enthusiastic about the future of tern and actually hold shares and the paid knockers that are many slices short of a full loaf and do not even own Tern shares. Personally. Intrinsic, Aws, Intel, EPs Global and Microsoft are probably better placed to speak on Keyscaler and Device authority and they all enthuse over Keyscaler and Device Authority.

So it's all good going forward for Tern Investors or horrendous if you are trying to short the share. Exits and liquidity events are all that count.

The MM's want the shares or are they trying to make a market by only lowering sp as the news is sparse to what it potentially could be. Maybe they know what is coming very soon. The more I weigh it up imo AWS will be the buyer. I know some of the big investors in Tern are not happy with the news flow. They need the OTC news or liquidity event rns soon. Myself and other friends have been approached to see if we would give our backing to an EGM.

Amended total exemption full accts. Should be a sea of blue today as the mystery £4 million plus is merely an accounting fuction and was not further monies loaned to Device Authority as a few Avatars suggested. It means they are no longer requiring any funding nor have had any for a while and Device Authority are self sufficient.

Bearing in mind that this acct period covers up till end of Dec 2020 and that there will be delayed revenue recording due to settlement terms of the various companies then we really will get to see the exponential growth only in the next accts which will never get to see the light of day as Device Authority imo will have been bought out well before the end of the year. Toss up between AWS and Microsoft as to who has the number one position in the securing and provisioning of IOT for the next decade.

Any concerns should be well and truely eliminated. Current investors will be very happy and many will be loading up more today including myself. Fabulous as OTC incorporation will be due very soon imo and then the fireworks will start as would not take a genius or a surprise to see an accompanying rns alongside.

I believe the majority would be unanimous that Tern at this current point in time with all known info(and we do not know the half imo) is worth more than 30p and with a deal or partnership in whatever form the liquidity event/s arrive in it will be significantly more than Terns historical SP high.

Funnily I do not care what others wish to believe as I am invested on my own research and the knowledge of more tech savy friends than myself. That is good enough for me. Each to their own. I would not invest or sell on the advise of some avatars arbitrary views, where it is obvious they have an ulterior agenda.

Device Authority has taken best part of 5 years to re this point of inflection from initial inception and has been under radar for a very long time. Sheer genius on behalf of Darron and Al and many others in the team and those involved from the 45 plus partners who are all no doubt deploying Keyscaler.
