Swanny27 Rock will move when drill news arrives as indications are all very positive and I certainly do not expect any movement before. However a JV may well be in discussion when you research in detail the miners operating in the vicinity and their current situations.

As simplistic as it is I always do a swat analysis on all my investments and it needs to pass certain criteria so that I know certain fundamentals are all verified. This method has only ever failed me once and the rewards have afforded myself and my family a lovely quality of life. That is why I am very happy with Tern, Rock and another half dozen shares. I have numerous other investments but I enjoy the researching in detail of shares and the knowledge I gain. Not to mention the monetary rewards that can be gained as will be seen with Tern.

I smile every day in the knowledge that Terns detractors will all look very foolish this year. Of course it will be hilarious to see how they try to distance and extricate themselves from past posts when the sp Multibags and it will.

YOu are missing the main crux of the matter imo as are many others. Tern only charge the investee companies a very small fee which is based on maybe revenue increase or other KPI's of which none of us know but is literally a fee for Terns services. Terns revenue stream is therefore only quite small . However when a Liquidity event occurs Terns valuation and sp will go through the roof as will the funds that Tern has at its disposal. Stratospheric perhaps is the line the sp will take. Investors in the main are all invested for the liquidity event/s which will be very very soon imo. Many investors fail to understand the financial marriage that tern has with the investee companies. Hence why their expectations are not met on so many levels and they become disappointed and do not even know how to research and realise what is and is not tangible info in the greater scheme of things.

Yet nearly a five percent drop. Lets see the fireworks at the end of the month. Fully loaded but at this price I hope my bets land this weekend and then I can buy another 5000 on Monday. This price is just too great an opportunity to go begging. Good luck to the LTH's.

g rees post could be torn to shreds easily and therefore should be given short shrift as unbalanced and he misses key points .I cannot waste time to explain why but the obvious points were only highlighted in the last two days on this board as to why the accounting period is actually irrelevant to current revenue position that will be exponentially greater. Our partners through white labeling and using Keyscaler in name are initiating I would guesstimate at 90% to 95% of our revenue.

So why would we expect to see a massive increase in employees and furthermore if we have been in discussions for I would expect several months then I am sure Darron may have been avoiding employing more personnel at the request of any potential buyers of which there are probably several blue chips that are interested and this has been alluded to in presentations as has the fact that DA's partners are in all likely hood increasing their employees to cope with the scale and size of demand that shows no sign of slowing for the next deca

I suggest would be investors listen to the likes of Microsoft,Intrinsic and EPS Global and their other I believe 42 partners that speak very highly of Device Authority and Keyscaler and treat derisory posts that are non current with the contempt they deserve.

My exact reading and hence why DA if not sold already is at the very least probably fielding bid proposals from at least two parties imo. Before DA divulge revenues it will have been sold that is as certain as the sun rising later today.
