some investors have been in here 7 years and myself it must be nearly two years perhaps and obviously at a very reasonable sp. This imo could be nearly 50p by now bur all investors have seen the MM manipulation.

Why? The buyers know what this is worth and they will be trying to get a bargain. If it goes for a £1 and the shares were at a 50p level it would look less appealing to shareholders than £1 and the sp sat at 20p. So an offer at a five fold increase seems better than double.

Value will out here and be very impressive to current sp . Hence the very tight range this is being worked to stay within. I wonder if Darron was impressed when visiting the microsoft offices in Austin and seeing the progression in the implementation of Keyscaler into Microsofts ecosystem.

He probably left fully satisfied and pleased as punch with how handsome the numbers coming through currently are, having grown exponentially in a relatively very small timeframe.

easy clue is Microsoft corporate sales office is in Austin Texas. It plays a vital role for customers and remains one of the most important office locations for Microsoft. Opened in 2000 with 23 Microsoft employees. It probably has many hundreds now. I have no doubt Darron will be travelling to the headquarters of Microsoft in Redmond Washington to sign on the dotted line before the end of the month. After Bayer and Microsoft partnership it seems now hard to visualize any one else buying Device Authority. But not completely impossible. I am certain we will hear very soon

Third party allocation of shares potentially or shares changing ownership, very interesting. Could This be Tern selling a percentage of its holding for a few hundred million. That is exciting and 60 to 70 % of Device Authority business being done with Microsoft. three year plus collaboration now beginning to motor. No pun intended but another vertical that Keyscaler is in partnership with some blue chip heavy weights.

Wyld goes from strength to strength as does Fundamental VR , IMVA, and TM. In total 5 disruptive tech companies with 3 investee companies regarded probably best in class within their sectors. Along with managerial members of those teams being regarded within the higher echelons of their specific sector.

Beware those trolls that will have you think this is a one man corner store operation or some market stall. They have no idea. I have had communication with Microsoft personnel that even hold stock in Tern and so I am very confident and I am currently awaiting a reply to see what I may glean from someone relatively very high up so to speak within IBM.

As Al said, this will be a good quarter for tern holders and the numbers coming through from DA are very handsome. Exponential growth by all accounts. If any new investor reads those resumes and is still not sure then read the resumes of the Management team of Device Authority or that of any of the management within Terns investee companies.
