Just like several trading patterns last week, the mm's are trying to gather shares by keeping this down and trying to spook investors. Well I am delighted that the many informed holders are not parting with their shares and the traders, easily swayed and forced sellers are supplying the market. Holding strong for maximum rewards....... and whatever liquidity event/s transpires we shall see a 200-300% rise from current sp. Everyday is another 24 hours closer.

Lse never really a true measure most times. Anyway like you say does not matter. The end game is nigh and any investor who has been put off by the derisory rubbish written by the trolls will indeed be kicking themselves for a lifetime. Swanny27 get in with all that extra dosh you have lying around as this maybe the lowest you get in at.

The herd cannot be far off from arriving but feel even they will be late as suspension will come with a beauty of an rns imo. All the signs and with the info investors have to go on at this point in time indicate a rerate of the sp in no uncertain fashion. Just read intels results and if anyone had any doubt how IOT is growing and the need for security between devices etc well 54% groth in IOt for intel.

Looking at InteLs struggles currently they could turn around their fortunes with the purchasing of Device Authority thus securing Keyscaler. However the more I look at it may just be a block busting IPO. But still I feel maybe a bidding war. Whatever be assured it will beat Tern's all time sp high by some considerable margin.

I introduced Tern shares to my friend and he researched and has been buying large amounts. Then when I sold them all due to what I felt was poor leadership and a lot of money spent and no exits he said he owed me one for introducing him to the share.

He explained that the money that the had spent to get such a great product as Keyscaler patented and to the stage that it is being deployed was remarkable in his experience.He said the cash churn had been very economical. He is a very inteLligent friend who has had a career in electronics and who I know networks within his sector.

Cannot help feel that good times they are a coming for all invested in DA and TERN.

But happy if you want to sell the 2m I will buy a few hundred thousand as will the other astute investors and then you can risk being out. But as you promoted the idea of a placing lets see if you have the bottle as news is coming as you well know. :-) $$$$$$$$$$$$$ Dollars not cents.

It is a reminder that an IPO with a massive re valuation event occurring is another option that could give many of our partners a chance to buy a share in the company so win win with Device Authority growing Massively and appeasing all. However any potential blue chip may have other ideas.
