Also The SP of 58p is irrelevant to compare for your purpose and is only useful if you look at what Tern had then and what it has now. Maybe you invested at 50 - 58p and hence your derisory and poorly researched commentary on Terns current positions and that of the investee companies. As suggested you should not be invested here if you have nothing good to say regarding Tern as that would make you look extremely foolish imo

Nearly a year on from joining Nasdaq and the share has yet again dropped in value. Those Institutional investors that by all accounts carried out due diligence and looked at the IP that Verona Pharma had must be so embarrassed at the ever falling SP. Surprised they have not exited at this Jam Tomorrow company that fails to deliver time after time.

So a year on the board realize that it was not AIM that was a drag on the company sp. But it was more likely investors can see it is a very much a lifestyle company as someone once called it. Successive boards have failed at each and every turn and the current sp speaks volumes and dose not lie. Very sorry for all investors who have lost and continue to lose money here. The best decision I ever made was to exit here and have since clawed back considerable losses attributed to my mistake in believing what the board stated "significant shareholder value".

Hoping that Digger and Bewise and others come good before they are pushing up daisies but before 2023 how many better opportunities have been lost to loyal investors here.

Still watch it in hope more than any expectation. Above is my opinion but still reckon this will see $5 before it sees $15. Sorry we may miss the reunion but if Izstar or Digger wish to still meet up this year I am still up for it. Do not know why you believe Tern are struggling to obtain contracts. Suggest you try to assimilate the information in the presentation correctly and then do some research and try to network with some IOT professionals and then you can at least post from a less disingenuous perspective than your last post.

Amazing the amount of investors who sold expecting the sp to re trace after the rns without really understanding the excellent position Tern and the investee companies are enjoying over the last twelve months and look set to enjoy for the next decade. EXPONENTIAL GROWTH.

OMG if any investors have seen the presentation and still not smelt the coffee then they quite frankly never will. I will continue to add. If any other shares come good in the next few weeks and months then the extra cash has only one home to go to and that is TERN shares.

Well done to the board on a very professional presentation and hopefully it has laid finally to rest the clamor from certain investors for figures from the investee companies to be divulged publicly. It seems very sensible and logical why Tern do not divulge sensitive figures in such competitive environments and Sarah Payne put it in the most simplistic terms that even the fickle on ADVFN will maybe finally able to grasp it.

Having listened to yesterdays presentation a penny to a pound Keyscaler is being deployed regards link below. I had to look back in archive folder of potentially related Keyscaler involvement and this may fit the bill. Automotive and Renesas completed acquisition of Altair semiconductor who attended many of the very early Device Authority seminars that were attended .
EPS Global collaborate with Renesas. Device Authority collaborates with EPS. Renasas collaborate with Microsoft Azure IOT Hub and Azure IOT Edge. Device Authority collaborates with Microsoft Azure. Device Authority Keyscaler the Glue that holds IOT together. Sure is beginning to look very much the case.

Too many uninformed investors do not realise that Tern will only re rate when a new fund raise occurs at a higher price than previous or when a sale occurs or partnership.
Too many investors in the main do not understand the definition of "Liquidity event".
Lastly if you saw the huge amount of posts by Loving the Tears My Mad Clowns made today it is a STONE WALL VERY STRONG BUY. A few hundred negative posts and still more buys than sells today.
The wise accumulated many shares imo today. The less knowledgeable and Traders sold today the latter hoping they have called it correct. Time will tell but I am believe they may have dropped the ball.

If i had any more funds currently I would be buying without hesitation. I can only equate current scenario to buying pound coins for less than 20p.

have to pick up on a very astute point. If Tern make double what they made last year we will be in for fireworks only on the liquidity events and they are coming. Interesting times. But what are Device authorities settlement terms? 30 days or 90 days? It could make a significant difference. Happy to have procured a few more tern shares today. I have no issues as the liquidity events will catch a few traders like jolly speculator out with some luck.

excellent and tern gets a nice share of the warrants no doubt to keep its percentage. I like the way it has been set up. Wyld is going places and it seems at a fair old speed. Al Sisto has helped to nurture another winner and I bet that all investor companies are getting referrals from each other and introductions to new ecosystems partnerships and verticals. Where are the knockers now. Fcking muppets. One day the TERN share will be suspended before the rise of all rises ever seen on aim. Not if just when but it will be this year.

Imo this has to be one of the best investor opportunities in regards of junior exploration mining and I can see a JV or take over once next results are in especially if the copper drills come back with good results. I believe an open cast shallow mining for gold will imo commence this year. exciting prospects in more way than one. It has a partnership with a firm that monitored Device Authority in the early days. it is not when DA or Tern is bought out, rather just for how much!!
