investors must realise that the accounts that we get in sept will only cover the year ending December 2020 and therefore will have at the very good 4th quarter. By the time the accts are released we will have had a further three far more profitable quarters imo which will not be accounted for. Certainly i have no doubt Device Authority will be purchased before any investor gets to see any of the real figures and the buyer will want that kept that confidential also. Any day or week soon and it will be jaw dropping in a good way.

You have investors that actually thought the IPO of wyld some how raised money for tern. It actually cost a share of the business and three hundred thousand but wait until you see next years accounts 2021-2022. Terns shares are tied in for a year. But they still may sell a percentage but I reckon they will always keep a majority shareholding. so effectively they have 9% they could sell. Those that know are confident and that is why they have been buy as high as 30p nearly. This really is like buying £1 coins with 20p pieces.

Two liquidity events will see the "terning" point as we have passed the point of inflection. Exponential sp gains sometime between 26th of July and middle of August would be my calculated timeline for news given all the latest indications. Frankly hoping it is after the 31st of August before any massive RNS drops as I will hopefully have another £30k by then to invest further.
