I was always interested in the fees that Tern received from the investee companies which I found interesting as the 6 months to june 2020 showed a 25 % increase on the same period for 2019. As I believe it is based on income that means we were probably 25% up within the investee companies.

But remember the exponential growth has only happened after june 2020. So we know the investee companies have enjoyed a full 12 months of exceptional growth without exception imo especially as quarter 4 showed the greatest revenue for a quarter and that growth carried forward into 2021.

The future is amazing for Tern and Device Authority can keep up with demand only with the help of their partners. This shows you how much business they are doing and Al Sisto quoted the revenue multiples as handsome but wished to delay sale to receive maximum for the shareholders of which he holds the most shares in Tern off over 3% and stands to benefit more than anyone with a good sale price which may go to auction when the first bid is received if other suitors see the multiple benefits of owning DA and keyscaler and all associated patents and ip that comes with it and potentially further advancements in the pipeline.
