Once again I believe very good news is coming and some savy peeps got in at a bargain price, in fact Fridays price bordered on obscene but I was left kicking as I have no funds and currently I have an investment that even takes precedence over ROCK. Tern had the ability to raise money at 24p if any raise below the 20p threshold then my letter is ready to be sent to the London stock exchange requesting a full investigation and questioning why when the share price rose why no rns was issued as to"they know no reason". I do not expect to have to send the letter and expect any fund raise to be at levels closer to 50p when the liquidity events are announced.

Back to 30p on these developments. If not,then there lies the very reason why we are opening up to the USA exchanges so that we can receive a proper valuation.

If DA is Global then Tern has intelligently moved to replicate. Widens the exposure to Tern and stateside stock exchange is hardly a co incidence.

If looking at the research currently which points to DA being sold then you want your share price to fully reflect this and then raise some money at an appropriate price. So we could have a hugely oversubscribed fundraising at a massive price with 50million shares coming to the new enlarged market.

£50 million shares at £1.50 +++ suddenly makes us very cash rich. That lends the notion that we have a couple of IPO's happening. Might be a prerequisite that as a major holder of shares in Device Authority that if the ipo on an American exchange then we need a listing to make it practical from a tax perspective and ease of operating. Also the Americans can deal in their own time zone and that will be highly beneficial.
