I hope that Tern will release the news that stops this being a traders paradise. They need to put a stop to it which should happen on the first liquidity event imo. Hopefully any funds raised will occur after the first liquidity event so as to maximize the proceeds and cash in bank that Tern have moving forward. However that in itself will be potentially at the mercy of many external factors concerning any one or several of our investee companies and will effect the state of play.

My opinion is that some traders took this up with a lot of money and it snowballed and then they took it down but that does not mean it is pumped. My view of pumped is when a share stands at 30p but is only worth 15p. As imo this share is worth at a minimum on know facts an all time high so circa 60p then it is not a pump. It may have potentially been reigned in as Al did not want this racing away before announcing the up coming liquidity events as the outcome would be less impressive. You are that 100 001 individual. I thing you have misconstrued my post. I now it should be at 30p +++. Imo it is a forward sold placing and hence why it went to 20p. The trouble being the enthusiasm ( rightly so) on the boards plus a lot of new investors took this to 30p. Plus potentially a group of well heeled traders. They have then sold of for a very pretty profit as have newbies in blind panic making a loss and hence the snowball effect. I have to say

I therefore reckon a placing potentially at 50% -100% above the last placing. Very poor considering that the 4th quarter 2020 had the best revenue figures for any quarter and that that strong trading has continued in 2021. So you have to presume that the minimum floor should be 30p but lets be generous and say 20p. If a placing is raised anywhere below that then all TERn shareholders should contact the London stock exchange with their concerns so that it can be fully investigated as stinks imo of a potential forward sold fund raise. Illegal but happens but one can almost turn a blind eye if done a near to real value but not at anything below 20p. I will draft my e.mail in preparation. Hopefully I will not need to send it but ready to send without hesitation if required by future events.

looks like some have infiltrated this board from advfn or it is miss anthrope or g rees in disguise. Completely bemused by sp and I have to say this really more poor management. Tern management and Nomad imo should have released an rns to say they no no reason why the sp has gone to 30p and I recommend anyone who bought at those prices raises it with the London stock exchange and takes appropriate action as to their failures to comment and release an appropriate rns thus imo misleading potential investors.

I do not think anybody on this board thinks the management of tern are novices. You just need to read their CV's. They know exactly what they are doing and the research over the last 12 months is proof of that. The sp will get to a pound, but only Darron and Al know when imo. The research and indicators are all strong and out there for all investors to digest.

It will come very very good imo but the money raised by Tern could be much more than it will eventually pan out and that really is unacceptable as this continued funding on extremely old Nav calculations is not warranted nor sensible to any person with a business brain and putting Tern AT RISK OF A HOSTILE TAKEOVER FOR £1 imo which is no where no true value. I hope those that lost money in the recent rise report both the nomad and the company as they should have issued an rns stating they knew no reason for the rise imo.

Tern vulnerable to a circa £1.00 low ball take over though if Al Sisto is not careful. He has had the unwavering backing of the
shareholders and from what I hear that is coming under an increasing strain as indicated from posts on advfn. They put in a hugely important protest vote as he wanted to be able to increase the shares in circulation by 100 000 that is nearly 30% of the shares in circulation at present. Frankly outrageous but my reading from the advfn board is that this may be the last time they give him the backing.
If he had of put in a request for 50 000shares initially he could have raised that without blinking an eye at the 30p it stood at and then such a placement would have moved the sp up to 40-50p .

If DA is as good as we all believe along with the other investee companies which I do myself believe to be the case. So it then begs the question why Tern did not do that and secondly was there an ulterior motive to trying to issue nearly a third again of the share in circulation and could that indeed fit the theory of Ridicule and his MBO (management buyout) opinion. One thing is for certain, you can all draw your own conclusions and most imo are not very palatable and leave a very bad taste.

if you do it with secure messaging it may be adequate stating yes or no. Best to ring halifax and ask. Just be sure that it is registered before the deadline which they can tell you also. Can be a few days before or longer or shorter dependent on broker. GL
