It defies logic why any investor would sell below the Tern all time high sp circa 58p reached in 2018. Still at 50p an investor imo should still easily gain 100% profit in seven weeks.Some will trade this for pennies here and miss the jackpot as was on the sidelines waiting to hop back in and then locked out on out of hours rns.

Timing is everything. The recent well documented hacking has highlighted DA Keyscaler as an almost must have in IOT and as Darron Anthill said "use us or do nothing". I should think the phones lines to Device Authority and partners dealing in Keyscaler are even more red hot than they have ever been. Many organisations wil be wanting to deploy keyscaler at speed ( oh I forgot . Keyscaler is the only product that can secure devices at scale and without human intervention.... and patented).

The price is only going to rise and those in at 25p will imo at worst treble their investment in circa 3 weeks time. Wait till it gets to 40p then you will only doouble your money. But that is still looking very attractive. Remember that could be a whole heap higher on the multiples. Not IF just WHEN . Out of hours today, or Monday or next week. Traders are kicking themselves as no fall back and the re rate RNS could come ....dare I say unexpectedly for most.

This is a Global company nurtured over 4 years to reach this inflection point which sadly many posters ( I shall not call them investors) do not seem to understand nor the relevance of the price action that we have been witnessing over the last 4 weeks. Disheartening that such posters I genuinely feel have done zero research into the current and relevant status of Tern and it's Five unicorn investee companies. IN 2018 Tern SP reached circao 58p on a rumour and since 2018 DA with the contacts of Al Sisto and the skillful team of DA have been for the last three years building an ecosystem with what looks like several key IOT bluechip companies kept well below the radar for obvious first mover competitive advantage. The beauty is that as an investor if you still do not realize why that was done it is irrelevant. I believe that it is a 30-50p dead cert imo at worst case scenario on a very poor exit deal , good deal 125p-175p and a very good deal anything over £4 sp. That is a rough consensus when averaging out what friends invested and myself average at once news of "liquidity event" lands.

Microsoft azure revenue that are going up double digit increases each quarter provide evidence imo of the way keyscaler is helping to increase Microsoft's share of the market.

When we have the first massive exit which at the very minimum is looking like at least £1 then he will still be knocking the company just like some of the traders that are still whinging and whining on the advfn board. This may hit 30p - 50p before the liquidity event is even announced, do not be surprised as investors and small funds should be looking to buy in to make a pretty profit.

But imo these percentage represent just small swings either way in Terns SP. When this flyers I believe it will easily surpass 58p which I believe was Terns all time high. and I personally expect at least one day when this jumps over 150% a bit like FUM the other day. only those investors in will stand to win big.

Listen to the AGM zoom meeting and realize that this is the best share for 2021 on AIM if you wish to make handsome gains, Also then look up the definition of " liquidity event" and it is really as simple as that. Potentially two or three will happen this year and more than likely two in the next 10 to 50 days. This will be big. I personally would have liked Al Sisto to say that corporate news re a salefor x y or Z is impending and share suspended. That would screw the traders and reward long term holders. we should start a betting book to see what company will provide the liquidity event .Microsoft is probably odds on favourite but I am wondering whether with a larger clould market could AWS prove to be a bit of a dark horse with an outside chance of scooping the prize at a bigger price. They certainly have the money
