Where are we 9 months further on in one of the fastest growing Global Markets of 2020/21 ? Not one but five IOT disruptive technologies. But lets just linger on Device Authority and its potential current and future global value. Imo all investors will soon find out. Would be nice to think that some traders might get locked out. They have milked it as they are entitled to. It would still raise a smile from me.

You both have probably alot ofknowledge on Tern and the investee companies. My question as i am keen to get your views is. Do you see any implications or intent, positive/negative signs when Matthew Scherba was appted his position in Device Authority and secondly on the stepping downof Al Sisto from his role at DA which is apparently only an observational role that he holds. that many investor's currently believe an ipo is easily within Tern and Device Authority potential capabilities from many angles. Barring a full blown offer for TO then it would seem remiss and foolish if an IPO or two does not occur in this current climate in the IOT sector. I should think all the investors in the investee companies would wish to see value realized at the most opportune moment when this sector is at operating at premium pricing.

It is as though Tern is a large river and the investee companies are the tributaries. The news flow is equivalent to the rainfall and we have the four tributaries Wyld, Device Authority, INVMA and Fvr, their waters have all risen simultaneously all moving at the same speed, gathering momentum as the deluge continues it becomes obvious that the banks of the river TERN will be unable to hold the confluence of four raging rivers and the banks of TERN will simply burst. No longer able to hold back the SP. Never get in the way of mother nature unless you are strapped in for the ride of your life. Time waits for no one.

The Tern SP may just climb and then some over the next three months. A three month ascending chart. Gradual then the biggest of spikes on special dividend news . It is so undervalued and there is enough news in the pipeline imo to do that if it fits in with the intentions of the investee companies and other shareholders and Tern.

They must all realize that in terms of mergers ipo and money sloshing around for IOT you will never find a more opportune moment in time than this year.

I have a feeling that a multi bag is about to occur this month. Biggest trading day just over a week ago and then a million shares bought yesterday, the signs as per Maarlecks link are all there. The anticipation is as some might say "palpable". IPO or Spac or TO. RNS being prepared I reckon.

I almost want this to go ipo in the states. Can anyone really put an amount on the value of what DA have that reflects recent obvious positive developments with Keyscaler and associated revenues? In contrast to the current valuation which is based on a 5 year old NAV figure and reflects none of the current partnerships. I repeat reflects Zero of the many 40 plus partnerships DA has.

I imagine keyscaler has been like the B2 Spirit just moving around under the radar, totally undetected. But now it is firmly established and patented we can let the world see us.

Keyscaler is a potential blockbuster just a case of a release date. Red carpet for Al Sisto and Darron Anthill at the IOT Oscar Awards? Has anyone heard the rumor that Wyld and Fvr and Invma may also be nominated for oscars in their catagories. Could Device Authority make a clean sweep. Crack open the bolli.

Self explanatory if you read the full sentence . The fact that we have been linked with IBM from early days and that GS spent 20 years with IBM I see as fairly significant especially as IBM are being talked about recently as a Blue chip company that
could be potentially interested in Device Authority. I also find it a positive indicator that the Samanuk Family still support Device Authority.

Takeover spac or ipo is definately on the cards . Al Sisto stepped down from DA role in November and I am hedging with a 6 month timescale from then. So it would seem anytime in April may be realistic. The smart money may have been moving in for sometime. Not long. GL all investors. Anywhere from 50p to £1.50.

Certain paragraphs are of interest and I can see that many individuals have exceptionally solid credentials. The time seems perfect currently and everything seems aligned to achieving a very good price for DA with IOT being a red hot sector now and for the foreseeable future if articles in the press and media are anything to go on.

£200 K contract in August 2020 and 4th quarter also saw largest revenue by tern. and continued into 2021. All the blogs on RHS show we have some very important partnerships. GLA We are at the least due a very informative update . But I personally am expect more in the form of a re rate RNS giving shareholders significant returns. Al Sisto needs to pull the Easter Bunny out of the hat followed by the cast of watership down. If not he can expect some backlash from shareholders as he will be failing on his own timescales for an exit which would be very poor.

Are you both okay if we make it latter in the year due to covid etc etc I was thinking perhaps August/ Sept. As we should be in a better situation for meeting up by then. But if IOT personnel from some of the largest bluechip companies eulogize over Keyscaler then I have to stupidly take their word. Although could Renesas, AWS, IBM, Entrust and many companies all be involved in the biggest wind up ever. Just ask yourself that question . If you are a gittery holder that should calm any nerves, if not then sell imo.

bemused by some of your remarks ,no doubt as much as you are by mine. We have a different perspective but both want the same outcome. it is like being given a gold bar. One person will say thank you very much. The other person will only curse because gold was worth more a week earlier. Funny old world that keeps on turning just like the revenue of the investee companies, yet others would have you believe otherwise.

Antelope I agree why so much has had a news blackout while the investee companies establish themselves in their respective niche sectors. However that imo is no longer viable. I take three positives from this rns.

Firstly the results are timely and in fact probably earlier than most expected and I am sure there is a reason why.

Secondly we have enough capital to last comfortably for over twelve months and that is FACT.Thirdly

Thirdly,many posters on all boards are saying another RNS that tells us nothing. We all know from great research that much is going on and huge strides being taken.. So ON THE CONTRARY this RNS actually tells me all I need to know. Some will not understand this last statement. I reckon Darron and Al however do fully understand.

So to summarize the RNS today it is not if just when. I sincerely hope Al releases it tomorrow. It will prove not only that he is shrewd but that he has a great sense of humor imo. So I will say RE RATING RNS in APRIL 2021. Let us see who gets it correct.

Well I genuinely see it as all exceptionally positive except that we get valued at Nav. Frustrating for those that dread another fund raise but we have more than enough money for the next 12 months so lets knock that on the head now. I did note that loans extended to November and I fully understand and expect that as these are growing rapidly and the cash raised in revenues will be required to be invested straight back in. They seem happy with KPI's that have been set for all the investee companies. Remember Nav calculated by defined computations not a case of plucking a Random amazing figure from the sky.

Significant shareholder value and another above expected shareholder return mentioned. Two very positive statements which is of the most interest to me. Also the synergies and monthly meetings are creating added value and new business.

Let those that sell be out or hold a reduction in shares. I will continue to add and appreciate the dips. If I was Al Sisto and I knew that there was an exit/third party investment soon I would get this rns out of the way first and then I would HIT the market with the SP changing news. MAkes sense and those that cannot see that should maybe not be invested.

Another rns within the next day or fortnight is a given imo. Noted that November for loan repayment is when DA if I remember correctly post their Accounts. Well I will say that we will not get to see those accounts because the buyer will not wish anyone to see the profit and loss acct as it will look tasty and DA will be swallowed up by any one of many buyers that would massively benefit from the synergies.

Still see this as the Best opportunity on AIM for 2021. MULTIBAGGER 30p +++ not by end of March but it will be this year and as I expect the RNS to come out of the blue in a day or six months time I will remain firmly in.

However. It looks like it might well be early April. Hoping we get first exit on 1st April to really put one over TW and trolls. I have to say very rarely read ADVFN but my tech mate does and he sent me a copy of a post yesterday from Stentorian. Tried to copy and paste but won't. Explains it all exceptionally brilliantly imo why TW has such a hatred for Tern and why he and probably paid trolls continually attack TERN. Most enlightening post I have probably read this year and re emphasizes why all the derisory and derogatory posts.

Tern is indeed a great buy it has affiliations with numerous IOT blue chip companies. Only a matter of time before DA is sold or .. .--. --- . Preference for the latter unless it is sold for around the Unicorn status mark. A pound would be a good starting price to begin the Sale process with.
