I speak with individuals with careers in tech and they say that it would take ten years normally to get to the stage Device Authority is at. They are impressed with all they see in Terns Investee companies especially the synergies and recurring revenue with Device Authority and Wyld. They are really impressed by what Al Sisto has built and in the timescale, it is not his fault if unrealistic expectations in the first 3 years were opinionated by investors. Covid has given us boosters on the Tern Rocket due to the way we work from home and how cyber crimes are becoming very much more prevalent.
Regarding your question" how will the sp rise". It will be on the release of an rns. As simple as that nothing more and nothing less it .But with five to six years we are only now in the correct time scale for this to happen.
The rns will be in the format of either a full takeover or third party interest in any of currently 3 investee companies that will take place. Al has even mentioned the latter prospect happening this quarter. EPS is worth more than Microsoft so I am not with the school of thought that says Device Authority will be purchased by Microsoft only. Renesas is another Global player closely synergised to DA but they have made acquisitions already. A venture capital company specializing in IOT may also be interested.
However Tern remains a sitting duck at current sp. Al Sisto imo realizes this and is only now in a position to release news that could change the landscape forTERNS SP permanently for the better. Hence I believe everything is aligned for an announcement and a re-rate, nor do I believe it is difficult to conceive given all the evidence that is out there within a researchers domain.
I learnt a valuable lesson in a pharma company ten years ago thinking it was a 2 to 3 year time scale. My Naivety back then as a drug to get to market is likely to take 7 to 10 years and multiple dilutions through fundraising . No different with Gold explorers or small cap oil exploration. I am wiser and my timing on investing is significantly better than it ever has been. I see Tern this year as being perfect timing.
I appreciate your view and do not see you as ruffling any feathers. You merely voice some of your concerns. Could this have had better PR.... most definitely. Would we have been able to build up the relationships and partnerships and far reaching contacts that all the investee companies have and which is only now coming to light and being uncovered....imo most definitely not. Having worked in the Leisure industry for a long time I believe knowing how cut throat sectors are I would have played it exactly like Al Sisto but would have aimed to get any placement done in double digit figures. By raising in single figures imo he devalues his very investment companies he is trying to exit for a premium. That I believe has been his only shortcoming .Off out but GL

appreciate your posts but my gut feeling is that Tern will be over 20p sometime in this quarter. You just have to look at the increase in all the employees in Tern's investee companies and add to that the positions that have been advertised over the last few months would indicate strong sales and growth. Remember also that I believe 3 of the companies enjoyed their best quarterly revenue for all time in the last quarter 2020 and that the same progress and volume was continuing in the first quarter 2021. Microsoft believe in Keyscaler and it is closely aligned with microsoft azure whose revenue is increasing quarter on quarter. I do not profess to any knowledge in IOT which is terns forte however I will take advice from Corporate world leaders and tech friends that move in the right Tech circles as opposed to random derisory comments made by individuals like G rees on the board with no investment in TERN. Camkite I am holding tight and will buy more this next week when I get paid. Roll on March and 20p++

Agree with every sentence you posted yesterday and today. FWIW I believe that great news will arrive this quarter as Al Sis indicated in the form of third party interest and we will get a very big re rate. The technology is too good and valuable, just waiting for it to be realized in the Tern sp. I have sold up once but I get it and it is in my mind pretty much as Antelope suggests so for that reason I will hold and add when funds become available. Good luck all investors .

Yes Ipo on Nasdaq was absolutely Device Authority. I think there are many permutations that could play out here including a Third party buy in or a total take over like you suggest BradT. gremlin issues being had by others on lse site, my sanity can remain intact. You obviously have never visited a care home G rees else you would realize the added value which wyld brings. You really should listen to the latest webinar on you tube with the Wyld MD and Highland Health representative. Highly insightful so probably not your cuppa tea. Suggest any new investors just listen to it. Great to listen with it in the background whilst you continue further research. I have listened to it twice and I highly recommend it.
