Earlier than yesterday i tried a dummy sell at 40 000 and price offer was 10.55 and then same price for 100 000 straight after. IT appears premium being paid and could only do up to 100 000 max on auto trade.

You have previously shown to be an intelligent investor and a slightly naughty and glib comment that would suggest you perhaps sold up and missed the rise and are now trying to get back in. You know this is the start of the re rate. I understand your motive but that is the risk sellers take and with the tern sp having the potential to re rate. A few investors have to either dis the rise, pay more for equivalent shares or hold less shares going forward. My ambition is to get to 1 million shares and so I have approx another 430 000 to go currently give or take and will buy up to 25p as I believe that that is fair value for the any risk and reward and I expect to still at the minimum double or treble my stake from that price. Fwiw I will be interested to see at what time the major buying kicks in. I expect it will be mid to late afternoon like yesterday for the next leg up.

I do not believe if there is no rns that the sp will dive. Looking at the trades today I should think that this will see a blue week ahead. Unless a quick drop to scoop any stop losses.

At last the research and proof is getting out more widely to the investing population. I am sure much to Terns dismay but and it can really no longer be ignored as the evidence to a big re rate is compelling. If ever the time was right to let this fly then this is the year. No one knows when this will be. But look at ipo examples or mergers or partnerships in 2021 and the IOT sector is awash with capital to invest and DA is as good an opportunity that you could find currently in the IOT sector. (which is a very hot sector at this moment in time)Do not take my word. The fact that a very impressive list of blue chip companies seem to be in varying partnerships of differing degrees with DA then this appears to have been bubbling under the surface for a long time and imo could multibag today or next week or next month.

Most likely a re rate on one of the investee companies that is moving the Tern sp But is it an ipo a spac or third party buy in. I would rather be in than out. A brown paper bag is good to avoid hyperventilating so I believe. Lets hope it does not hit 20p tomorrow or it will be instruction on CPR for some.

As a LTH you may be about to enjoy your "moment" very soon and all the evidence is out there. Tern has unbelievable investee companies. Any one of them on there own is worth at least 25p except I would say TM the latest addition. But that will not take long before it to is worth 25p on its own with the percentage tern owns.

This has been flying under the radar since 2018 especially DA . This will be at an SP ALL TIME HIGH this year that means I believe somewhere over the 65p + mark and other investors on other forums will tell you several pound. Keyscaler could be currently used in the ecosystems of at least 7 Bluechip IOT companys from Microsoft to Renesas and to EPS. If that is the case then anywhere between £750 million up to 2 billion at a stretch.
To put it into perspective I suggest every one looks at the IPO for deliveroo and thefigures from 2015 up to 2019 and see that it was the external factor of covid that allowed it to have record profits in 2020 . That in april is due to see up to a 5 billion public offering (IPO)
Now compare to Device Authority that is the "Glue to everything IOT" from Microsoft. Then according to Darron and" use us or do nothing" and so many more blue chip companys eulogizing over what keyscaler can do " at scale and without human intervention" and no doubt soon accredited.

No pun intended but the two comparisons do give food for thought or is it just going to be a simple take out.

That is the very point I am trying to make. It will be out of our hands and Al Sisto's hands. Unless he has a buyer lined up, he risks a hostile bid. Personally I have just over half a million shares so not my biggest investment. But I feel comfortable with it. But my two friends have over the million mark each. Personally as you know I feel a big re rate is due with news but if not and Al Sisto continues to not deliver on his plan then at this price or anything less than 25p then expect some clever VC firm to buy this and strip the assets and make a fortune. Al Sisto cannot be that naive not to realize this.

with this share your Avatar seems very suitable if you are not already. I believe the bottom has been reached and this is about to blow. I feel that this soon will be 10 x Nav and that will be on updated Nav so imo this will reach a Tern SP high sometime this year. Al sisto may find if he does any more low placements that a VC will come in buy up 3% and then try to make a hostile bid. I think many long term holders would accept 30p or more and that would see Al Sisto unseated.

All those that I communicate with who are invested in Tern seem to believe that Al has been given enough opportunity and whilst they realize the merits in flying under the radar for previous years they no longer feel that it should continue given the positioning of the investee companies especially Wyld and DA where Tern is the Major shareholder. The overwhelming conclusion is that Tern should be running a massive PR campaign on all fronts and raising the sp to avoid a take over.

I would not be surprised to see a take over come from anther IOT venture capital company which would be able to enjoy the synergies that Tern's investee companies would bring to the table. Anyone knows that they can buy shares in Tern and put in a hostile bid even if as low as 20p.

Even if they are not successful the share price would probably sit at 15p and they could almost double their money. Then sell Terns share in DA for 75 million and you have the other four investee companies for free. Not rocket science. Surprised a group of wealthy individuals have not evaluated this as they would I believe only need to hold 10% of shares( £2.5 million)

Alan Sugar, Richard Branson and others in the Den are missing an easy opportunity here imo. Maybe the Branson siblings need a call as they are already invested in one of the investee companies and they could gain a healthy percentage via the back door of Tern for peanuts. Al Sisto is playing a dangerous game which I believe will backfire unless he pulls a rabbit out the hat before the end of the month

Whilst not suggesting we are worth anywhere near Stripe valuation, the evidence and parallels that can be drawn would indicates once an ipo or spac or full take over occurs we shall MOST DEFINITELY not be at this current sp level either. Just shows imo the level of growth in 2020 in disruptive technologies has been phenomenal.

IPO vs RTO The former whilst taking longer to generally complete at least raises capital and is generally more successful in the long term imo. Where as the cost of an RTO is significantly cheaper and can be completed in as little as a few weeks. Looking at the tech stocks and mergers and acquisitions currently buoyant in the USA. That would be my preferred option or a full take over at double digit multiples of the current sp as a MINIMUM. I believe Device Authority will get a premium price this year. This must be a target for VC or blue chip take over bid or a percentage invested to get potentially first option to buy company outright in the future. NO doubt paying an even higher premium in the future. Still see this in the next 3 to 15 weeks at reaching an all time peak sp for TERN.

Dug this out from 2019 archives sept. Interesting overview. Highlights some points of interest and forecasts anticipated yearly growth forecasts which imo on evidence will have been easily exceeded in 2020. So worst case scenario should see 20p on new Nav calculated data alone.

Currently at 20p ish. Up 20 % on a deal announcement but still has potentially years to wait for any income. And they have lost 50%bof any forward revenue in Asia Region for Sale of their ED Drug. Current market cap 50 million.
Absolutely highlights how undervalued Tern is. You can value Tern against it's peers and Market valuation similar to companies that have but a fraction of what Tern has going on in the investee companies. I fully expect when any significant news breaks this will go like a shooting star at 120,000 miles an hour. GL and I hope you are in.

Hard to believe this will not multi bag from here before end of March and I would say should be a poound by last quarter 2021. Only based on the progress all investee companies have made over the last 9 months imo. All depends on a re rate event that gives us a more updated valuation. Tern is based on Nav from Dec 2019 figures and remains at 7p. Ludicrous given the IOT explosion due to Covid. So the Nav Is 13 months out of date in a period that has seen the best acceleration of growth and highest revenue for all investee companies. Plus it would appear that further contracts and partnerships are in pipeline following recent exposure and accolades bestowed on Device Authotity Fvr Invma and talking Medicines. Feels a little like tipping point, a small nudge in the right place could see a pleasant chain of events occuring and the SP showing it's true value which one has to presume on evidence known is multiples of current sp.

This could be a boon for Terns's investee companies. in the real world it should see an increase to Tern sp and it may well accelerate our investee companies to that of Unicorn status more rapidly. In my opinion Tim should be releasing avery Positive RNS on how this could be lucrative and beneficial to tern who have interests in three businesses nearing unicorn status.

Huge appreciation for Al Sisto and the investee companies he has assembled. Great progression obviously, but totally pointless when we have reached an inflection point whereby three of the investee companies have extremely solid foundations and the main aim should be to garner as much publicity as is potentially possible and to release it in an efficient and timely manner not 6 days after it has been publicized on bulletin boards relentlessly.

The PR company imo is being made to look totally amateurish and if I was hiring a PR company on the collation presentation and timing of the reach I would not touch them with a barge pole. Exit RNS required as difficult to **** that up one would hope
