I would be surprised if they are technically insolvent when I look at the career vacancies that they are currently advertising and recruiting for at Device Authority. It would appear we have many customers and I should think they are paying for keyscaler.

Top class, if not best in class technology in a few areas he reckons and lauded by many other blue chip firms and establishments both in tech and medicine sectors. That is solid enough credentials so far as I am concerned and hence my ever growing investment here.

Alot of actual buys going through as sells. Not only mine but friends that are also loading up so what looks like lots of sells is indeed far from the reality. I could see some third party interest chucking £250 0000 to half a million at one of the investee companies for a percentage.
However if I was a business savy tech fund I would be looking to aggressively take out tern . Al needs to be careful that does not happen. Even a hundred million offer would be a steal with the investee companies currently at the stages that they all are. I could see a scenario where that could potentially happen this year as shareholders would accept 20-30p now. Most I speak with feel they have been let down by Al Sisto because of the lack of communication and apparent stagnation of sp and are very frustrated.

The tech sector has seen more mergers and buyouts in 2020 than any other sector, Analysts predict the same in 2021 and with revenue from IOT to show incredible growth over the next decade that seems a very real scenario. Pharma and Tech sectors seem to be the sectors that will show the biggest gains in 2021. Cannot see Tern being any different.

Totally agree with your 9.14 post and this looks a long term hold but has the capacity to earn those an early retirement. See this as a much better long term share prospect than GGP. Great RNS today.

soke with a friend who still has shares and he is on the company mailing list and said they are due to give some presentation. He said the correspondence had several errors in it and was appalled that it had got through all the checks with the errors. He said it must be like the blind leading the blind. I had to smile as seems like they cannot still get tiny basics correct. But have my fingers crossed for you digger1 and others. Occasionally check on the price. Does not seem to be setting the sp alight. Like you say Digger news is expected But a good or bad rns normally sends the sp south . Now that not on AIM will it be different?

the companies under terns umbrella I am sure grew substantially on many levels including revenue unfortunately as Al sisto plays his cards close to his chest we will only know when the sp fly's north after an rns. According to Al there should be two re rates first quarter. Judgement time for Al and hope he comes up trumps for himself and all the shareholders. A 2018 event would not go amiss.

Buys outweigh sells by a good margin and yet they kept us in the red. My one techy mate loaded up a 6 figure sum today. Whilst not great news the lockdown is a driver for many of the technological advancements that the companies under terns umbrella specialize. We need an exit or some revenue figures of substance or income driven by scale. Did Al not refer to Third party interest being shown, but in which of the disruptive technologies has this been made and is it being shown in one or perhaps more of those companies. Interesting times and if this is not the year that we see a cracking event that propels the sp over 20p we will be hard pushed to find it at any other year if not 2021. Al Sisto needs to re - install confidence in the project that by his adjusted time frames should see one or two exits this year or he will have failed his own set objectives.

Summed up in style by Andrbea and welcome to the board. You have basically said what some techy friends of mine have been saying for sometime. They are convinced that "bloody good news is in the pipeline" as one of them said last week. Have to say 20p first quarter does not look unrealistic imo. One of my techy mates is saying nearer 50p. I guess looking at Terns market cap 50p could be very possible hearing of some of the recent deals done in the tech sector if you compare technologies. Yes you have highlighted areas of potential and yes it appears a little patience is the only ingredient we need to have. Well done to all those that continue to hold. I will add further when possible.

Guess this could be the start of the bull run. Still believe 20p from here in first quarter as a minimum that is a 200 % profit. owning shares in here will be like printing your own money. This may be in the top ten AIM rises for 2021. That is my prediction.
