Chuggley and other new investors will take advice from entrust intel and microsoft or any of DA's many other partners before they take advice from a nobody like GR who is not invested. Steve 17 no cigar for my deliberate mistake as you did not state the correct numbers as yes it is staggering when you realize that I month is indeed 100 times more than what I stated. DA is a sleeping giant and due to the complete disconnect with anything IOT and then that Tern is the largest shareholder in DA , in effect Tern becomes a sleeping Goliath soon to be released.

I have only one technical bone in my body and that is my digit that presses the buy button each time for more tern shares. However I believe looking at the trading in this last week that more investors have twigged onto this crazy SP anomaly. Pressure eventually releases like a volcanic eruption. Spectacular to witness.

This will show how active they have been and operating and meeting IOT sector businesses in different cities around the world this is from over two years ago so how much has it been ramped up in the 24 months since.

Device Authority's keyscaler has been trialed by multiple blue chip companies who eulogize over its capabilities and more importantly it is heavily patented. OMG any breaches would see eye watering settlement figures and which ever blue chip buys DA will realize that potential upside.
One think is very clear with all the great information that has been highlighted we know that DA and at least one otherif not two investee companies have reached an inflection point where by investors now that the true SP value is nothing like the old nav it is currently in alignment with.
This now makes it in my opinion impossible for Tern to do any further fund raising or placements which are not at a huge premium to current SP. I believe any future funding will be at a premium nearer 50p or I believe it would be scrutinized and legally challenged as it would not be in the interests of all shareholders. It would certainly bring unwanted attention on Al Sisto and perhaps even previous placements which he would not want wish considering that he is about to enjoy his well deserved time in the spotlight when the market cap goes stratospheric.

So cost of registration for ten devices for one month is $100 and 12mths $1200, 24mths $2400 and 36 mths $3600 so last we heard they had been trialled in 10 million devices so that is $1million for one month and that information is probably a year old if the devices a year on are still using keyscaler then DA has revenue of 12 million.

This is based on AWS prices obviously so not sure what azure pricing structure is but does not take an accountant to realise that the revenue could have grown expotentially in these last 12 months. IMO the loans will not be rolled over as doubt any of the employees or Darron wish to see their share devalued further. I believe they will want to see a sale ASAP so to Maximise the IOT golden period for mergers and acquistions.

Alternatively they may need to raise more capital if pipeline is full and employee costs are rising and depends on their payment terms and conditions. Multiples of sales means multiples on revenue means multiples on the SP for Tern. Expect very good news soon Looking into the night sky I can see it written in the stars.

Has a market cap 3x Tern's and has no current income, Habdab said why should any investor invest more than the FD seriously OMG. Then the classic. I guess if it has been tested in ten million devices then that is probably 20 or 30 million now. Take guidance from the blue chip firms in IOT seems fundamentally reasonable in these circumstances. ...... just how undervalued tern is. Fum erectile dysfunction drug. Not licensed though eu has recommended as much today. Market cap was half the value of what I write as jumped 111% on the news today and todays figs are what I will use. So FUM has 246million shares so slightly under Terns 330 million. Fum market cap is 93 million and has no income stream whatsoever. Tern with revenue from at least 4 of the four investee companies has a market cap of 33 million.

Fum still has to break into the ED market in so much as advertising promoting etc etc. It would seem that we are very well known and indeed connected in the IOT blue chip sector. Yes and we are worth one third of the price of an ED company with no income. That will tell you how outdated our nav is and once we re rate on just one company the market may rate us at that value plus the othe investee companies at old Nav value or the market may sit up look at what we have and re rate them all to a more updated valuation significantly enhance on the 33 million.
Look at Dominoes IPO coming up in April or the IPO that Stripe just completed. Both those companies enjoyed a very progressive upturn in fortunes and revenue due to the effects Covid has produced as an external factor and Tern has likewise enjoyed a similar increase due to the external Covid effect that has occured in the IOT sector be it medical industrial financial or academia.Well did not get to top up today. If this is going to multibag as never seen before on AIM, then I hope Al Sisto issues RNS on the 1st April. That would make me laugh me socks off.
