Normally an ipo or exit etc etc. This was stated yesterday in the Agm that a liquidity event in the next couple of weeks or months if I recall correctly. Terns market cap currently between 45 -50 million. Even a novice investor could research this share today and make a minimum of 200% return even at a 20p sp.

Remember on a rumour in 2018 before IOT became one of the hottest market sectors this went to 58p. Totally unknown. We now have partnerships with the some of the largest and most reputable bluechip companies in the world. We are in many eco systems, verticals horizontals and if it was possible parallels it is that vastly connected and growing daily even whilst we sleep.

Imo this will be the best share on aim in 2021 for anyone in at sub 20p

I personally wish to congratulate all that spoke at the AGM as I thought they were all brilliant and came across in a succinct and extremely knowledgeable manner without exception.Confident and very professional display. I look forward to the liquidity event.

P.S. The NDA or Non disclosure agreements that many of the investee companies are needing to sign is a testament to the quality of the companies that we are providing with services and products. I have to say I cannot think of a negative point moving forward.

The fact that no representative from Device Authority or FVR seems to indicate that what ever they are doing be it ipo or spac or third party investment or total sale they are as good as rubber stamped. Any difficult questions they may have had to avoid due to inside knowledge has been sensibly avoided.
I really hope an RNS lands tomorrow and burners the short sellers. Congratulations To all management and employees at all the investee companies and at Tern. It does appear that finally investors's patience will soon be rewarded. Thanks for all the great research.
Hope you enjoyed the zoom meeting G rees as much as we did. Seems you were wrong in all your assumptions and derisory posts. All investors also now know that there can be no more dilutions. Indications all point to a very substantial sp re rate via a monetary re valuation event/s.

It really is a case of not if, but rather just how much? Followed by in which order the investee companies all re rate this year. Not unrealistic to witness three of the five investee companies show exponential re rates in the coming 6 months.

I am not necessarily expecting a n rns tomorrow as Al Sisto may just let all the traders go and then BOOM Re rate rns. Or he could do an after hours rns and then answer questions on it and enjoy the limelight in the Q and A session. He would gett some rightful satisfaction from that.
IMCO Device Authority along with all the backers shareholders and partners have played a blinder for the last 4 years or more and Al Sis could go in the AIM hall of Fame for the for the largest ever multi bag in one days trading ever and we have a further four exits and in all likely hood will see two this year. OMG will be on the lips of tern shareholders soon. Well done to Al and Darron and all involved.

No placements under £1 now or I think the london stock exchange will have numerous complaint letters. In fact I cannot see the need for any placements ever again when the first exit happens which does appear to just being finalized imco. This is too good a product not to be on the radar of many a blue chip company that would wish to dominate a massive share of the IOT market and patent protected.

Well Al Sisto I think I am confident enough to actually thank you in advance of what imo we will soon witness. The mother of all re rates . But whilst most attention is on Device Authority and Keyscaler it could well be "significant "news from Wyld or Invma or Fvr or any combination. To be honest they are all primed and each has the ability to release an explosive rns.

All five investee companies specialize in cutting edge and best in sector IOT disruptive technology which unfortunately is in even greater demand due to the Global covid pandemic. Some investors will miss making imo significant financial gains as they cannot see the wood for the trees.

Sometimes you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make them drink it. Every action carries a consequence, much like not deploying keyscaler. Do not buyTern shares because of what I post or that of others. But rather because you have read all the great research available.

Lastly understanding IOT is pivotal to realizing why the growth in sp for Tern could be exponentially rewarding for all those invested. Antelope thanks for finding the rns that stated we had 78 % ownership in Wyld. I knew it was close to 80% but you have provided the exact percentage. Thanks.

You only have to look at how Wyld's valuation increased to realize that when DA is revalued it will be by many more multiples than that. Reason being DA is valued on a 4 or 5 year old NAV. For any new investors. That is hence why a massive re rate is on the way imo.

Please just research IOT Device Authority and Partners and then just research and realize the potential that lies within not just Device Authority but also Wyld, Fvr, and invma and Talking Medicines. IOT is scorching hot and to understand why you need to research IOT as then you will realize the shear enormity of the sector. Those that have researched will understand the last comment. You could not be more misleading !! Microsoft Azure/Sphere, EPS Global, Wipro, AWS , Intel, Venafi and not to mention all the other top notch blue chip companies have got it all wrong and that is why they paid money as sponsors which paid for the entire two day webinar event that Device Authority held. You may wish to look at the attendees list as it was top notch.

Tell me when you have contacted all these companies and told them that they have wasted their money and time. What have they said to you. I will expect a response to this and try not to swerve the question as many will be interested.

Funny that Miss Anthrop has disappeared and she had the same issue with posters being called de-rampers. You seem to have taken her mantle of trying to talk done a Company that you have no shares in. I suggest you may wish to speak to technical consultants that are actually deploying keyscaler as they seem more positive about it than you seem to be. As they are at the sharp end and actually see how it works I guess I shall trust their sound judgement as they are more qualified than you. No offense but it is obvious from your basic posts.

Tern share has gained 78% and will gain at least another 100% from here. It could be as much as 300% or 800% over the next weeks or months. I tend to believe somewhere in the middle so a 5 to 6 Multibagger from here current sp.

Revenue figures being released for many USA tech firms this coming week. Would be lovely to see if Azure and Azure Sphere still showing increases.

Microsoft might want to spend some of their quarterly profits on Device Authority to secure the "glue for IOT"or maybe Intel, AWS, EPS Global or Venafi. I mean Take your pick . Or will a company pick up 10% for say 150-250 million with an option to buy Device Authority down the line for X Billion? First mover advantage.

Momentum continuing and remember when Darron Anthill was asked can you keep up with the demand for keyscaler he replied "yes we can with the help of our partners "and it appears that the Keyscaler ecosystem continues to grow whilst we sleep. That is very re assuring with repeat revenue for 10 to 15 years on billions of devices. If I was a partners of DEvice Authority I would be purchasing a percentage in Tern as they know how widely keyscaler is being deployed and with exponential future growth.

The Genie has finally been let out the bottle. We should soon be valued well over the £600 million market cap of AAA imo if you compare what each has to offer. Not forgetting our shares in 4 further disruptive IOT companies. Big buyers in the background and new smaller investors realizing they have a once in a lifetime opportunity to make an investment that could be positively life changing for them.
