Crazy to imagine but never impossible. I have bought more shares today. But looking at the big sells going through I would not be surprised to see a fundraise if it happened done at 15p and hence why they have tried to get this to 20p. It will be done at a nice fat discount for someone.

All those that bought on potential exit knows that has been put back by two quarters and hence why Al Sisto said that in his last rns. However if orders are coming in he may wait a further two quarters. Every investor knows it is only from the research on the boards that we get to know what is happening.
This just has to drop a little into the high teens and you can see it testing the 16p point of resistance but I cannot see that going. He will loose the next resolution amendment which will hit the share price but it will encourage himhopefully to issue more news ahead of the researchers divulging it.

A victory would ensure terns next resolution amendment would need to include a minimum fund raise price. In effect vote "no" and force the board to adopt changes. Nothing to lose and all to gain. Listen to our concerns or do nothing seems fairly apt in the current circumstances imo.

I have to say Camkite, It seems the more investors I speak to the majority of them are voting "no" To the resolution to issue the amended shares. Furthermore they continue to buy and it seems like a ground swell of support to prevent any further fund raise. I guess the old adage "once bitten twice shy" rings true with investors experience of Al Sistos apparent mates rates fund raising events.

Most abstained from the first vote so is even more heartening for those in the "no" camp when you speak to others with the same view and reasoning.

Going up. Big shake and flaky investors with little research have come and gone. Sadly that is what happens when investors have no real research they will follow the herd one way and then the other way. Believe the group have been busy again and advfn posters seem really split between a yes or no vote.

This will still be a pound in 4 weeks and the resolution will not have been passed. Al Sisto has basically "shot himself not for the first time in the foot". However as the bigger investors know what the true worth of the investee companies are they will block all future fund raising completely unless it states it will be for over 50 pence.

Back in Al sistos court after june the 2nd eating humble pie again and what will the next fund raise amendment contain. Over to you Al. Maybe responding to e.mails would have been a start. All that great work for the marketing day wasted. vc company will snatch this for somewhere between 75p to a pound and it will get voted through as investors have grown wary of Al Sisto and well below true value placing which you have to think are for mates rates sadly.

Trouble is if they cannot issue the shares then this shareholders group imo keeps control and whilst it weakens Terns negotiating hand they should have thought of that before all the bucket place mates rates fund raising at well below true value. Tern cannot save face as too late to amend the amendment for 2nd vote and they will suffer a third fourth and fifth defeat on any further amended alternatives. The only option which they will be forced to adopt is to take an exit at a lower than anticipated price now and use the money to buy back shares and fund the other investee companies. Big blow to Terns credibility but Al Sistos particularly and Sarah Payne as FD imo as they will not be in a position to turn this around now and the lower the sp goes the more these investors will soak up. In fairness they have sent emails which have gone unanswered . I Did not vote last time as gave Al Sisto the benefit off the doubt, but I will be adding my no vote also on 500 000 plus holding.

The rns should have said exactly that that the the ability to issue 50 million shares will only happen at an sp over 40 or 50pthen yes agree with you. There is however a group of shareholders that hold a significant total of shares that are out to give Al Sisto "a bloody nose". They have had enough.

Totally agree with your post . That is on the proviso that the motion is passed and to be honest I think Al Sisto has blown it and it will not get the required votes and then he has dug a big hole. I for one will vote against it if no news is released beforehand to move the sp higher as will a good few other holders that hold a similar view. No re rate news released well before the vote on the 2nd June and it will be voted down AGAIN.

All that al Sisto has succeeded in achieving is having most investors voting against the notion it will be a blow to him, to tern, and all the hard work that has been put in for all these years. Oh well it is his fault for his initial wanton greed in wanting to dilute the shares far greater at the AGM and it got voted down. It will still fly but many newbies will have been let down and sold at a loss after panic selling.

But if you contact FCA they will tell you that if a CEO is not acting in the best interest of the shareholders then I am afraid the London stock exchange is indeed your best port of call. No desperation just common sense and the shareholders never had him by the balls. But Al Sisto imo is further out on a limb as the shareholders know more than we have ever done thanks to great research and we can actually place a more meaningful value on the investee companies and therefore on TERN itself.

I have contact with one person who is in contact with a handful of large holders and should any placing be made for under 30p (that figure may have been revised upwards in light of bidens pledge) my understanding tis that a draft letter is already composed and ready to be sent to the London stock exchange that will have to investigate and maybe they will ask for previous placements to be investigated as to who the beneficiaries where. The group have given Al Sisto the benefit of the doubt but will not tolerate any further actions that are not beneficial to the shareholders.

I do not expect any fund raise going forward to be under £1. But it makes sense to release the rns yesterday in advance as it gets the negative out the way and you can raise at the premium. The rns was succinct and yet several posters seem to have little understanding to why it was released and rational behind it.

Firstly great link as 125 million raised by merger. Excellent news . After our liquidity event/s rns/s we may have anywhere between a £1 to £2 share price. Keeping it realistic for now as it makes sense when doing such calculations.
They are at most allowed to issue 15% of circa 33O million, so roughly 50 million new shares. They announce the liquidity event/s and the share goes to £1 they can then raise £50 million a £2 sp they can raise £100 million of cause all less let us say 5 to 10% administrative so £45million to £100million.

This money is for the reasons stated in the rns. Wyld will be expanding at a rate of knots that requires capital injection as do all fast growing global companies. This will ensure that tern does not need to sacrifice any percentage in that particular gem. and the other two companies.

The luquidity event will get the share price massively higher but dependant on type of liquidity event may not necessarily raise the massive capital for Tern to invest in the top companies. £1 to £2 great for shareholders but not necessarily helping tern to raise capital.

If you can peruse and understand the above logic then you will realize todays dip is a golden momoment for all that are well researched.

Everyone was taken a back by the rise on Friday as most like a slow and steady rise on no news. but then win the rns lands with the re rate news then big booster in play. But yes as you say when it gets to £1.50 it may retreat a little to £1.40 mat some stage and then at £2 I am sure it may go back to £1.85 before the next leg up. Today is just a golden opportunity for those investors that understand the potential unlike your good self that has done no research and whos MO is to be as disingenuous as humanly possible. Sad trait but I am sure we will see more of G rees cousins appear and we expect it.

We now have a very big clue as to what is happening. Neither Device Authority nor Fvr are to be bought out in their entity imo but a percentage share which revalues the company massively into the £1 to £3 region and maybe licence fees or royalties paid . They can then raise the money at £1 to £2 immediately and that is the beauty of todays rns. It means we raise it at a proper level. Anything less than terns all time highestsp and there will be letters going to the London stock exchange to investigate. Al Sistos actions have to be in the best interest of the shareholder and the london stock exchange will look into the beneficiaries of any lowball placement at 50p say. We all know what it is worth. This has ideally presented a lovely opportunity to top up which I have done today. The fact is they need to raise funds themselves. June the 2nd so I expect very good news before then so that the motion is passed or it will be directly afterwards.
Not phased by todays rns and imo re iterates that good news is indeed definitely coming.
