Tern went from about 22p to 30p it dropped in the morning trading session if I remember correctly that time.So what's to say lightning doesn't strike twice. More than happy with the fundamentals here and that is all that matters.

Not too much off a break for me this Christmas as very busy. However yes a meet up in summertime would be great. Yes I am hoping Tern does well Izstar. Maybe more eggs than I should probably have in that particular basket. LOL. Managed to buy Vrna at the bottom. Sold 60% in the $6.50 region to get a near 40% free carry. Will do that again if the opportunity arises. Keep well and good health and happiness to you both and you and yours and those wishes are extended to Bewise and all other LTH holders.

The last one was at 18.8p as you jolly well know. It is just the usual crowd trying to get in lower. If good news is coming like most expect then I always expected a big tree shake at some stage. Just gives me an opportunity to buy more cheaply hopefully when funds become available. Never thought I would get chance to buy just above my average.

Sweepie agree with you. I would suggest that is one further poor decision from losing his credibility. Because he is holding back nav he is actually devaluing Terns very own investee companies. The Ceo's will realize this and will be looking to take share % off Tern.

The ability for Al Sisto too shoot himself in the foot time after time is beyond compare imo. He just does not get it. As clever as he undoubtedly is in Tech, security and spotting and developing businesses. He needs to prove he is not just a Bluster Man like Boris. Next rns is key.

He would do better to release an rns with real news that would move Tern sp on instead of retweeting messages. Tern will be worth many pounds. Not sure if that is Market Cap or SP, nor does he state a year when this will occur and his own time schedules are appalling. It would only take one more *******s to be dropped for him to lose all credibility and sadly as genius a man that imo he is. I believe he has it in him. Has even failed on the OTC imo, I question if that will occur. I gave him the backing in the last round of fund raising. But he will not get my vote for re election as CEO unless there is a radical shift upwards in the sp. I remain positively frustrated by Al Sisto.

disappointment only for you Sweepie3. With all the news from research on different boards then RNS will arrive when it does just like we have no control over exit price. The long and short is that all Tern holders are on a winner imo. I keep holding and adding when viable, but spare cash currently zero and other investments locked in till summer.

Sp should be at a 30p minimum. If SP does not return to mid twenties will you be re elected? I want you in charge but not if we cannot hold a more credible sp that reflects the current strength and increased revenues of our investee businesses.

here is hoping that the incoming news is sufficiently sp enhancing to eliminate the many filtered permanently. It is overdue by nearly 12 months come the end of this quarter imo. Lets see these handsome numbers as they must be totally awesome by now.

Nice to know I have a similar amount in my sipp account. They will not be sold till sp hits £1 or more. Was hoping to have a million shares as per another posters ambition who's avatar I forget.
However as I do not trade unless capital is required it makes it much harder to reach target buys than if I was a seasoned trader that risked buying and selling. I have had more success just buying and holding much to my own annoyance. But well done on accumulating your good size pot as well. good luck. It's nuts that the sp is this low but it has been orchestrated imo and will re rate as quick as it has dropped. All good news but badly communicated remain the reason for the drop. Tern business as well positioned as it has ever been.

If any investor bothered to get in touch with IOT security computer consultants then you would realize that Keyscaler is being deployed en mass and that the latest drop was manufactured for obvious reasons. Nice rise while the trolls abound G .rees must be the author as nicely up when he writes. Except for price manipulation. A big bounce is coming imo. Certainly we are in a stronger and better position relative to all announcements. Poor communication by Al Sisto and PR company is definitely not helping the share price. Still Waiting ( no pun or offense intended) for the LIQUIDITY EVENTS THAT HAVE YET TO HAPPEN.

Fundamentally another very progressive and positive piece of news released by tern. Unfortunately great researcg had already uncovered the name change several weeks ago on advfn and therefore it losers any capacity to enhance the share price. The Marketing/PR firm is being made to look exceptionally amateurish and lost at sea imo and I certainly would not hire them if I was basing it on the evidence of what little they do for Tern and it's shareholders.

Still waiting for two liquidity events before Christmas. They are leaving it fine. Still invested and I believes this is exceptionally oversold and currently very manipulated. Al Sisto will be proven to be a complete liar if he fails to deliver on the very words that he has spoken imo. I still patiently await the liquidity events. All enjoy Christmas and keep safe. You and several others on this board and advfn know exactly what is going on and you are all filling your boots at the expense of others less financially astute imo. I do not agree but then investors should at least have researched the fundamentals and they would not then be panicked into selling. So c'est la vie like me you must be pretty sure that a very big pay day is on the way.

With this drop there are now shares in circulation and those in the know are getting in at the expense of frustrated shareholders who will soon be kicking themselves for selling out.

Contrary to your thought process Gekkonls those in the know are loading up and we may see an rns stating that Venafi disclose they have bought 3 % of Tern shares and then they or Thomas Bravo put in an official bid. If Device Authority is as good as I think and Micro soft and eps global and intel and venafi who all sing it's praises for it's capabilities then a massive tree shake before a bid should not surprise any investor. All IMO FWIW.

Well back in at a fraction over £4 so just an interest play. Not even a 20th of what I held at the peak of in vestment in here. Almost tempted to sell and free carry. Then buy some more when it returns to £4. That way I can still keep the money working. May see what it does up to Christmas. the great news is that whilst this drops I am buying more and unlike you T4G I can afford to. Some holders have had to sell. Probably those that have bought in the distance past that shouldn't have. Ps I can afford this to go lower than my average so do not be upset if I sleep very soundly. Al Sisto will surprise a few when you least expect it. You are just as sad when you used your previous avatars.

The only think that annoys me when I read the crap you post is that the care in the community is still not reaching those in desperate need like your sad self.

...about LLoyd. Reaction of sp is from newbie investors and traders selling down. The news was good in the sp and we await the liquidity event/s. SP will re rate. Still in profit so not phased. Will let you know when I buy more. As the board has degenerated to the advfn level I shall next post when the next rns is released.
