All recent signs point to some corporate event happening in the near future. Looking closely at FVR and DA as still feel they are slightly ahead of Wyld in potential race for the unicorn status. Forgot to add some nice holdings announced yesterday. Another kick in the gonads for the doubters.

Sometimes you have to treat certain posters with the contempt their posts deserve. It does appear that Tern has more than its share of non holders with multiple aliases and crackpots and traders being disingenuous at every opportune moment to suit their ends. The investee companies are doing extremely well and that is good enough for me.

Re Piri acquisition. I can see why that would benefit both companies very nicely. If nothing else to get more institutional investors and less traders would be very beneficial. Like you say Antelope have the posters ignore all the very recent progress which is leading to exponential growth. They forget that to get to this position and passing the inflection point takes years of dedication and that is now bearing fruit in the "handsome numbers" Al Sisto has been mentioning

To be honest I do not believe that many understand how blue chip companies operate and that is why they post irrelevant tosh. Alternatively they are clever and just trying to get as low an entry as is possible here. Looking forward to more positive rns's. With everything that is going on I expect a Blue Friday as with all that is obviously happening in the background you would not want to be out in case of an after hours rns today or first thing Monday. Regarding FVR 4 directors going you need to look at the last TWO incoming Directors and see their History. Tern really should rns that Bruce Leith has lost his position on the board as Tern have always been very insistent in recognising that we have someone sitting on the boards of all our investee companies. Especially as we hold a sizeable 20% in Fvr. We should expect a corporate action rns within the next 4 weeks to 8 weeks imo as many indicators seem to suggest such an eventuality.

Al Sisto will have to make his fairly soon I am presuming. Not forgetting Swanny and any of his hefty staking investor friends. interesting to see if any discrepancies from Als last disclosure.

It will also be telling if any of the Big Advfn holders who have supposedly left are actually still found holding. Will the 51 group be revealed with their apparent circa 29% holding of Tern shares. More revelations over the coming weeks.

Yes, agreed but only to have bought back in to gain more shares. All investee businesses are on the up and Device Authority must be multiples of the "handsome numbers "quoted a year ago. We will never get to see the turnover of Device Authority as it will be well gone and whatever the price ticket, Terns share of 53% in DA will cause the sp to exceed all time high. Which month in 2022 is anyone's guess. But it will happen imo.

Looneynurse posted some good posts late yesterday on ADVFN and it is pretty much in line with what myself and several others that I have spoken with believe to be part of the rational for the takeover of PIRI.

Yes you are correct but you also need to take into acct that Tern particularly feels that one of the firms in the SVV they could help with their North American contacts. Also Al Sisto has had the chance to run the slide rule over many of the SVV investee companies. He has no doubt seen some synergies with the tern investee companies.

If we wait until after we have an exit to do a deal with PIRI and knowing that are investee companies are growing exponentially and that we shall get a great re rating rns that will send sp to all time high++. ( it is obvious that PIRI would add an extra zero on to what ever they were originally wanting. I cannot believe investors failing to see the wood for the trees. Oh well. Still buying as and when funds allow.

Maarleck has concluded pretty much what myself and other friends have from this deal. Probably what Antelope has potentially seen the potential to happen also . Hope you are well Izstar. I believe this will do very well. If the deal was so bad I would not be looking at a shed load of green boxes. I reckon they know what is coming.

Some big holders in Piri that are looking for their investment to bring in some returns. They have unequivocally made their support for the deal shown.They are hardly going to back a bad deal that cannot deliver "handsome returns". Myself and all those I am in contact with are supporting the deal and vote accordingly.

Ironic that so many who huff and puff on here cannot even vote as hold no shares. Shame.

This will also aid us massively in another area that we have been waiting to hear about but have had no recent updates. This imo will solve that little issue and then full steam ahead.
