Nothing that surprises me. Some of the notes in the accounts are enlightening. Especially the debt written off in the Venafi deal. That aside as the board have made no further comments following the statement released after the PIRI debacle. Schmj, no worries about the cineworld as no more than money I would spend at a day at the races gambling. Disappointed that all the good Samaritans on here trying to help investors did not see the cineworld collapse and save all those investors. Backs up the theory that they are not good samaritans, just hate fuelled and agenda driven sad fcuks imo trying to drive the price down, but due to their inability they are being very unsuccessful in their aim.

Over thirty posts by sad individuals that have no shares or interests in TERN. In short not invested but they post more than anyone. Their hatred for Tern and the 5 Global investee companies is absolutely of the scale and they have a massive agenda and getting more desperate day by day. Crystal clear they can only be wanting to get the price low with such a deluge of posts. FAILED AGAIN.....after over 30 posts.

sub 37p seems to me like a good bit of business. Must be kicking themselves that they did not buy yesterday. I will buy tomorrow so fingers crossed it is still sub 37p. The next rns re Aussie operations will hopefully be the transformative one for this share. Trading over the coming weeks may give an indication but WTFDIK. Hopefully enough to make the correct call LOL

I would expect the metallurgical results to be announced by end of August. They have been very busy as usual in the background. Good headway with the operations in Greece on muliple levels. I wouldn't be surprised to see a JV with the owners of the processing plant near our gold resources in Australia. The encouraging indicators may prove just the final ticket to us finally becoming a gold producer. Expect this to start to rise again as positions renewed in ROCK on this solid rns.

After this announcement we may see a few blue days. I remain extremely positive on this share and at sub 50p seems too good too be true after a positive update. By all accounts the Greek Government should want to gain some employment and revenue from Maloia becoming operational.

DA may be going for an IPO or or potentially being bought out. I believe a " corporate event" will happen before the year end audit is due to be published by DA in September. Not long to wait. ATB to all genuine holders. Swanny as possibly the biggest holder of Tern shares, I would like to see you push for an EGM and I would certainly give my backing and I am sure many others feel inclined the same. If no major exit happens by end of September I would happily support any investor looking to force an EGM . I am an admirer of Al Sisto's ability to find and nurture but he has to be able to negotiate exits as well or the efforts of Tern and years of support from investors is all pretty fckin pointless and to date he has not provided any of note.

They have no interest in the share apparently and no agenda. I will be voting for whichever candidate has a plan to increase help for care in the community. desperate times means bombarding a share none stop. Looking at the quantity feel the quality will be absent.

Yet just a 1% gain. if it was the other way and the similar difference you would see a 6%fall. Hope an EGM is arranged as soon as feasibly possible as imo this cannot continue. We need an investor who can have a position on the board and can act as a positive catalyst for change.

Too much smoke and mirrors by Tern. Hardly reflects well on the investee businesses that we have ownership in. At least the FCA will be closely watching any fundraise and who is involved and no news on the OTCQB listing. The nomads and Tim imo are hopeless.

Go on Swanny throw your hat in the ring. I think you would have the backing of majority of pi's and be that catalyst that Tern so desperately needs.

by my calculations. Disappointing as same cost as previous b series and I would have expected it to be higher. Al Sisto need s to get a grip on what is happening with the Tern investee companie as he always said that we have a director on each of the investee companies. Well by my reckoning 2 investee companies do not have any tern representation. Big concern and maybe shareholders should be applying pressure to force an EGM. It seems quite apparent as a previously big supporter of Als for the most part that that we need to have meaningful shareholder representation on the board and shift some of the deadwood. Needs to happen now before Tern just fritters all investments away. I would now reluctantly support Als removal from his current position. Very sad and only shareholders positive action will get the shareprice moving upwards to its true value, as nothing positive from the board of Tern.

Good to see you and Digger and unfortunately I believe confusion 2 may have sadly passed. Anyway I have to say I think I might have sold the entire holding at £14 had I still held my original amount. I have made the losses back from here but hopefully bewise is still in and doing well and some of the others who were regulars. Good health and continued prosperity on VRNA. Should read 25% of tern holding equating to 5% of entire Fvr holding. Guess TW will be holding meetings. Squeeky bum time (lol). An even better scenario would be that tern gave them 5% of their holding for £20 million. That would make huge sense as save on further dilution. Not sure if even possible. That would make the remaining 15% worth £60 million. Now that would see the share price rocket. Hope Al Sisto or Ian Ritchie are reading this and I charge no fees for the idea.

Why was the post removed? All hypothetical but very possible scenario given what was on certain sites yesterday. I would like to think it was for 5% or less of the company as that would only give FVR a $400 million valuation and it must be worth significantly more imo. They are leaders in their sector as confirmed by the many endorsements even though I am sure the Trolls are busy knocking a superior product up in their shared bedsit. They still hold no shares but desperately try to save investors from making money by churning out continual diatribe. Oh well if it keeps them of the streets then imo it is worth seeing the many boxes. Value will out.

Holding is small here but still pleased that it is moving in right direction. All free carry so will wait and hope it gets to a higher level yet. Would not invest at this price but I am sure many will. Well done to those that may have clawed back their money and others that are well in profit. Thanks for the correction as significant difference in shareholders favour. That is certainly even better news as the option price is higher and will generate greater funding. Must have been thinking of a price at which I managed to get a small number of shares once.

At least the sp is nicely above my average again. Great to see on the portfolio even if it needs to be many multiples before I sell any. Pity my plan to get extra cheap tern shares did not work out with my swop to Piri buy expecting some good news from piri and they have a few Gems. The fact that the takeover did not happen does not mean that they cannot still enjoy mutually beneficial collaboration.

Something in the wind are they buying for more skin in the game or to save their skin. It is very positive however the penny lands 12p to multi bag this year. Maybe we may even see some options taken by the FD or shares bought on the open market. Come on Al Sisto you can so easily tern the tide of opinion by getting the Tern sp to an all time high in the next few months.

Device Authority accounts will be due out in September for year ending 2021. Multiply that by 50 - 100 times minimum for 2022 and it may give you a taste. Bare in mind I am treading on the side of caution and the turnover is probably exponentially alot higher for this year.

£70k buy certainly another BIG BUY SIGNAL. Imo odds on that chaos has broken out for the TW minnions...
