You have been saying for the last 4 years that I have been invested that tern is delisting. Are you aware of the word "irony" and the fact that Tern has not delisted. I am sure you are aware that Brexit has also happened which you stated would never happen.
As I have your less than a penny sweepstake entry reply I have stuck you on filter.
No I do not need your address if you win but says alot about your character that you assume you may win. You struggle to extrapulate a relevant figure from your grey matter and you wish to change the game. I have no intentions of sending the whiskey as I will personally deliver it to them at a pub near them and buy them a congratulatory tipple. Secondly I did not say it "would happen" merely that if in the scenario that it did it would be interesting to see where investors felt the offer may be pitched.
Amazed that you struggle with the concept but then being a non investor maybe that is the very first hurdle that you fall at. Would I place a bet with you. No for all I know you may work for Tern. Either give a figure or do not. Bobby socks.you need to re read my post that the timeline is for an offer for tern by the end of 2022 this year (**** knows where you get 06/10/22) I guess you find it easier to try and just distort the posts of others with no fact or foundation in what dross you write. Remember the sweepstake closes on Sunday. Then some of you are back on filter. Greesy not having an educated entry or are you still doing the workings. Do not base it on your homemade Keyscaler.
can an aggressive buyer state their intention and potential bid price. Thomas Bravo. Hope you are reading this the $ has never been so strong to the £. You can buy tern for a comparative pittance of its true value and that is before even enjoying the great exchange rate. Great time to purchase your head office in London.
This was always the risk that Tern ran by keeping the sp so very low. The bluechips must be circling. Just to make it interesting lets all put in a price for what an aggressive bid this year will finally be at for at Tern. I will send the winner a bottle of whisky. HATETRUTHDONTYOU has put less than 1p. I shall say 45p. Cut off date is this Sunday 6pm so lets see who really is the smarter investor. Have removed all filters till then so that everyone including all the non investors can put their figures in for a chance also. like bobby socks, yteeback and gress. Sure plenty will avoid sticking their head in the firing line. Lets see who has the balls to put a figure on this potential scenario, one of many feasible outcomes for Tern.
see caps lock prick.
For everything to do with IOT see Device Authority "use us or do nothing".
For everything else about being kept in the dark. Use Al Sisto.
IMO worth way more than 50p in years time but very unsure if CEO is anywhere near capable so happily take 50p from any aggressive takeover bid.
But as far as I am concerned a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. We are not all drawing large sums for relatively little effort. I actually struggle to find what roles some personnel at Tern perform. As to the supposedbacking from the CEOs of the investee businesses. Well they are hardly going to say otherwise.
How long are investors willing to give a CEO who has failed repeatedly on missing his very own targets???? You must be having a laugh cause sure as hell Al Sisto and company are now laughing at investors as 3of the investee companies are well past the point of inflection and would hugely benefit from positive press releases. BUT near as damn zero as investors find out relative info. Tern still withhold and surpress news and with that the sp.
A question I continually put forward. However never gets answered. WHY IS THAT?
What you have stated in your last paragraph is quite correct and many investors including myself have put such requests to the board.
The CEO needs to go as he has shown no value for shareholders. I should imagine most investors here are currently underwater. I have circa 11p average so even at what I considered to be a good average, I am also underwater. The CEO continues to devalue the investee companies imo.
OTCQB application for listing and still no news. The Piri fiasco that was never going to be approved. What needs to happen is for the FD or CEO to grow some and tell investors why for the large salaries they earn why they are failing each and every shareholder.
If an offer came in this year from Thomas Bravo for any amount over 50p for the whole of Tern I would snatch their arm off.
Plenty of reach announcements could have been made in the past which have more chance of enhancing the sp. I spoke to my accountant and he said from what I told him barring an egm to remove Al we would have to wait till he popped his cloggs. Well more chance of me popping mine so Swanny I hope you or any other have the resources to force an EGM. You would have a majority backing you.
Perhaps Al Sisto was worried about the 30% group that was being touted on ADVFN and so conducted the piri scheme knowing it was always doomed to failure but also realizing that any holders over 1% would have to make a declaration thus seeing if there was any truth in the 26% plus investor group.
Lets be honest the sooner Al and the others on the Tern board are ousted the better imo. All I know is that the FCA will be watching any fund raising like a hawk re who the participants are and the price of the fundraise. Bearing in mind the last fund raise was at 18.8p and it was oversubscribed he would be unable to raise funds at a lower price taking into consideration how in his own words they are seeing" handsome numbers coming through" and just another two quarters.
Lets remember when the sp hit nearly 30p the company released no rns stating the company new no reason for the 50% increase. Strange.... I cannot imagine that discussions between the FCA and Sarah Payne or Al Sisto did not take place. If a fund raise lower than 18.8p is at any stage in the future taken I will be very happily contacting the FCA on both the above points.
So good luck all holders and hoping an EGM is held in 2022. That will get 2023 off to a good start and trim the ludicrous costs
I thought you were a colonel in the Army. If your friend is still haunted you want to get him some professional help and being a good friend pay for it and then stop bleating about it on the boards. Unless that is the best you have to offer. Your friend has still not learnt the lesson of knowing when to dump so called friends. I often feel reading your occassional post that you suffering more than him. This post does not require a reply.
At least I now know why your posts seem all lost at sea. No doubt you are training to be a priest currently so that you can help many more individuals. I do not know morse code nor do I wish to google it. I think your crew had a different opinion as to yours. Self praise does not cut the mustard as they say.
the lack of meaningful numbers and effective positive press releases in reference to Device Authority and its customers are now damning. Tern own circa 53% and even with NDA's they can still release a more informative financial statement other than " handsome numbers".
Along with which Tim imo is proving to be totally ineffective and a waste of resources as the communication is as bad as I can ever remember.
the board imo has no intention of raising the sp back to the twenties were it was several moons ago. Since that time all the investee companies have made great strides and yet it is obvious they are wanting to keep news to a minimum thus not only keeping Tern valuation low but also that of the investee companies.
No it is time for action. The board showed utter contempt for shareholders following the disasterous attempt to take over piri at a highly inflated price in its preceding rns. Investors will be willing it to their grandchidren with the speed that Al and Co are moving at. Unfortunately I actually invested in Tern to reap any benefits myself and I will not live forever.
Tern board will put out any message to placate the investors whilst doing the exact opposite. I am probably one of Als biggest supporters but even I am happy to see him replaced now sadly as the sp should be moving northwards . Not impressed. Will try and report on any info I get at accountants meeting re EGM meeting.
Their is enough bad news without seeing the needless malaise in the Tern SP on top of everything else.
Not sure if it is within their remit but during that meeting I will raise the subject and hopefully discuss the finer details regarding intiating an egm and explain what investors hope to achieve and hopefully they can highlight the best way to start the ball rolling.
Palace to pay my respects to the Queen I have just finished reading Advfn and some suggest that Dark trace and DA were a strectch to far. Well Tern certainly is not a stretch to far and look what they would gain if puchasing TERN. A majority stake in Device Authority and substantial holdings in 4 other disruptive technologies with exponential growth. Five for the price of one. Tern wide open to an offer. No wonder TB has withdrawn their offer for Darktrace as Tern must look significantly better value by a country mile. Time for bed after an emotionally tiring day. Good luck to all shareholders.
in all honesty any strong rise is not going to come with any help from Al Sisto as has been obvious from all his other actions. One could argue that he infact thwarts any increase at every opportunity. There is an appetite to remove him from his current position and I hope that someone with the required time and required nouse steps forward and soon as their is nothing to be gained in giving Al any further time to continue to undermine the sp. You have to realize that our poor valuation reflects poorly imo on the investee companies that have been nutured to this point.
However as three of the companies appear to have reached their inflection point it seems ludicrous to hold the newsflow back. Hoping TB starts to buy up tern shares and then makes a credible offer. Anything even reasonably credible will get my vote as then I can concentrate on looking for some new investments and will be able to chat on a board where the majority are hopefully not filtered.
Good luck to Swanny and any other large holders that may wish to communicate and start the EGM process. Unfortunately it is obvious in my mind and it seems that of many Tern investors that there will be no change unless a forced change is imposed and new blood installed that actually wish to enhance the sp through timely and positive marketing of the advances that Tern's investee companies are all making.

I have noticed we have had the 50 k seller for months, always shows up on the odd occasion we turn blue just to keep everything in check. Usually puts in a appearance just before the closing bell to do the most damage.
Or perhaps I'm imagining it !!!

You don't run out of shares IF you are Shorting .. You just dig a bigger and more expensive hole in the event you are caught out by an unexpected monetary event !

No you are not imagining it , I have said for a long time that tern is being shorted. It can be done and kept under the radar. I’ve also said you can make a lot of money whilst buying cheap . It has to end
Hopefully TB will make an offer that screws TW.
Lets see will Dark Trace receive a mammoth offer and will that reflect on Terns price as TB has the firepower to take out tern or Device Authority and if TB made an offer for Tern I believe shareholders would give it the utmost consideration especially if that offer was imminent. Shareholders have had enough of Al Sisto now imo. TB in AS out.
Swanny maybe you should be approaching someone at TB. Nothing to lose if Al Sisto is content to see the sp continue to
stagnate. As one of the largest shareholders maybe you can offer your support to any takeover bid of Tern.

In fact, do not bother as imo you are thick as ****e and no doubt are indeed clueless as to Thomas Bravo. Keep posting as your desperation is hilarious and you say you have no agenda and you hold no shares. LOL
with profits from cineworld spent 3 x my original invest and bought at 2p.Sold at 5p You gotta love the winning feeling which I get everytime I buy Tern shares under my current10.8p average. Al Sisto will come up trumps or will soon no doubt be sadly ousted from his role as CEO imo. The clock is ticking. I would love Al Sisto to prove the knockers wrong once and for all and sooner rather than later.
Happy that the 5 investee companies continue to grow. Those that wish to sell. Appreciate that your efforts are benefitting my most recent purchases. Buy on the dips.
These posters are so excessive just lately. All five investee companies going great guns and signing contracts left right and centre. Never mind those that we know nothing about. Great to see innovation is going to massively help the poorer nations on so many levels. Especially Wyld.
Do not know what came over me today but I decided to play my violin and realised I must have tortured the neighbours somewhat. Mind you better than hearing their son banging on the drum as he likes to. They will probably complain. Hypocrites LOL.
I hope all genuine holders enjoy a great bank hol I will be in Belfast watching Bat out of Hell. Apparently first class. Hope the trolls give themselves a break and try to live just a little. Too busy interfering and never saved the investors in Cineworld. Why was that. You really should not pick and choose as you are negating your reason for living.
You are relentless in trying to stop individuals from being masters of their own destiny. Aside from your hatred of Tern your hatred for successful individuals that invest is obvious. Hard to imagine such a worthless exsistence, but hey I guess I can just thank my lucky stars I am not in your shoes.
One can always take a positive.
I would not have the good grace to afford Al Sisto or the board any further time and by all accounts the Token gesture in todays RNS was to appease the investors that are seeking to force an EGM. He is imo laughing at shareholders and I support those that wish to take action in October.
Swanny if you or any other investor wishes to proceed you have my support and that of many others. But waiting until Jan and the winter of discontent. No! I would favour a much more imminent EGM. The code of conduct is that Al Sisto should hold the shareholders interests at heart and imo from all that he has stated and failed to produce it is glaringly obvious that he has no intention of delivering shareholder value. TIME FOR ACTION NOW.
The share price at last fund raise was 18.8p and that was to support the investee companies and the strong numbers that Tern were seeing coming through. Well a year on from seeing great numbers we stand at 10p. 50% down. Furthermore no advance on the OTCQB application. An EGM may just wake them from this slumber and I support Mr Chubs on ADVFN who says call it in October. He who hesitates is lost. Strike whilst the iron is hot. Dave 444 will be singing Als virtues till the cows come home. At the moment the COW is jumping over a dog turd and no nearer to the moon nevermind Mars.
Come on Swanny time to shake it up.
