My relative who is invested also in Tern has you unfiltered as he says you amuse him no end and that you have a fixation about a printing engineer. He says you are responsible for 90% plus of the filtered boxes. I thought he must be joking but others confirmed it. If that is true you seriously need to get a life in 2023. All investee companies continue to show positive growth. Imo once Al is ousted the sp will rise on an upward trajectory

They failed and I cannot see shareholders giving Al any further benefit of the doubt. No Als missed "2022 good year for shareholders" was the final straw. I said an egm should have been called before Christmas and it should have been imo. 3 months of precious time lost. I still would not wait for AGM in April. EGM in Jan and hopefully save Tern from another 3 months of non action.

Thanks as Ytee is filtered. We shall at some stage be at a TERN high sp as it is very apparent that exponential growth is happening on three if not four of the investee companies. So if it takes longer I am patient and remember Al has till the end of the year to change the sp substantially. Change will be happening in 2023 one way or another. It is not all over till the fat lady sings. Happily observing, I reckon more things are happening nicely in the background than even Al Sisto knows. A low sp carries a risk for Al and other Directors. Goodwill only goes so far. All genuine investors can see where the sp is going and that will be a big move in a Northerly direction. All Tern investors are wished a happy festive season and a prosperous and healthy 2023.

Totally concur with your posts and that of shrewd mole. Tick Tock. Every day that passes, greater keyscaler deployment takes place and once full revenues are released the exponential growth will be obvious. Hoping that the institutional investor can only sell after a fixed time period or set at a minimum sp level of 1p. Great that Karma does exsist and sometimes it just takes time. The beauty is that they never know when Karma is coming.

Good luck to all other holders and hoping we all continue to build and then have appropriate numbers to call an EGM. It must be noted that many shareholders were in agreement that the entire allocation should have been used in the fund raise at 18.8p approx. However we have now seen greater dilution as funding raised at 7.5p when all 5 of our investee business have grown with handsome numbers. The 18.5 was over subscribed.

Let it be noted that even pires raised funds at a premium to current sp on the last fund raise. So Al Sisto and Sarah Payne and Bruce Leith and Matthew have all managed imo to make a right pigs ear. The sooner they are gone the better as they all preside over one failing after another. Not to mention the OTC application. Shocking really does not cover it.

Swanny let investors know if you decide it is possible and I have forgotten who was on ADVFN over 18 months ago pushing for it but it came to nothing as there was not the support there is now following the OTCQB debacle and the Piri showstopping waste of tern monies time and energy when they never had the main Piri shareholder on board. Smacks of gross incompetence in the eyes of most investors as does "just two more quarters" and "handsome numbers". We need a change of personel if we are to see positive sp momentum.

Imo Al was looking to do a management buyout on the cheap with a few buddies. Well every move fund raise etc etc is being watched more closely. Make up you own minds when you read rns's post Piri shambles and the TERN interims and you can see he has a share disdain for shareholders or creating any shareholder value as is obvious from the sp. Just look at the sp each day if you need any further proof. ( We all know how well the investee companies are coming along ).

If you do not know why TB would potentially bid for tern then you just confirmed to all why your posts should be ignored. Everyone knows the connectio through venafi and DA and tern own 53% of DA.

You struggle with sweepstakes so hardly surprising that you struggle with the fact that TB is looking to open up offices in London and have a presence here. It might suggest that with the dollar so strong they will be looking to conduct some aquisitions. Would make sense even to a novice yet you struggle.
