I actually sold some by mistake was on the phone thought I was in another account and sold 2.5% of my holding.

On the plus side I got £810.35

On the down side I did not mean to press sell in this account.

may as well spend it on something now as CGT free on a 645% profit which is nice.

0.9% is not income investment imho.

If there was no growth no ones buying RR as income stock.

My only red share today though.

But yes, lets hope we never see it in the 7's again now.

tarif day I was 150k down, now a u turn to being 40k up from April ! £190k swing !

it's not just IAG every share I hold most questions are about div dates or ex div dates. Why are people so thick ? :-)

I never like seeing people high up selling big numbers.

AS always the SP goes UP big time when people in the know BUY !! So an odd time to off load 4 millions £ worth.

£15 maybe along wait, market caps already too high imho @ 67.31 billion at this point in time.

£15 would be tough shout as we will see a growth slow down, it's not a 130 billion company imo.

we are where we are as RR has been achieving targets ahead of schedule so the price isa bit baked in imho.

Not sure why you talked this SP down to £1.66 just makes one look a bit daft now how ever much you have made.

But at 34 and you state you have enough to NOT work, you must have 2 mil + which by the way you talk I doubt.

I am 55 and think you need over a mil to pay yourself £50k index linked till age 85 which would be about £75k by then thats 30 years.

So at 34 you need a lot more money then you think imo to fund a index linked £50k PA wage for the next 50 years as that would mean paying yourself £150k+ PA later on in life maybe £180k odd at 80+ years old if we get some higher inflation years which will happen over 50 years.

Have you got a 2 mil + pot in a ISA wrapper ? because if it's not TAX free you will need even more than 2 mil.
