A Tesco share price is a 12.16% PA return is a key factor which beats any fund price over the last 10 years.

As the last results were good and it's rated as a strong buy with > £4 future price, thought I would get in before Thursday which should be even better results.

Might beat the 12.5% ave over the next 12 months which is what I am after. DYOR of course.

I don't have this sector in my holdings so picked this one over others in the sector. see how it goes.

It's a spending review day, so they might say we are giving x amount to fund SMR 's and then do this a day before or a few days after maybe as to who X is.

Will they announce a RR SMR contract win on a spending review day ! imo no.

I would say it makes sense to award a contact before that day, and then on the 11th say now much they get.

Remember it was the 26th March and it did not happen, so not holding my breath.

NO right an wrongs. I do have some which will pay a div, I won't reinvest at >£2.50 though, this time I'll take the big div as cash and reinvest the 2nd div to cover inflation. But I might wait till after ex div day and buy the dip 21st August.
