It's not a contract size, it's the number of vehicles open to using a Guardian type product in the oil and gas sector. Globo does not have 50,000 vehicles to have anything fitted to. Globo is miniscule compared to either Geotab or Mix, this is just a collaboration between Eyesight and Globo in the hope of gaining some Fleet business which considering the regulatory requirements coming into force will mean Eyesight and Globo will be looking towards China, along with SEYE and over 30 other so called DMS providers. Eyesight and the rest are a country mile and the rest behind SEE and do not merit being called a safety system.

Anyone who tries to pass this off as a 50,000 vehicle Fleet win is either deluded, simple or has their own greened out agenda.

Yeah I'm sure I won't sleep at night that Eyesight has teamed up with a relative minnow to market a Fleet product in those sectors. As far as I can recall SEEs tie ups with Geotab and Mix, relative giants compared to Globo have, up to now, resulted in very limited business for SEE. And it's still on their websites as a potential safety product.

Quite honestly, unless Eyesight or another builds up a network of distributors, (almost) casual tie ups like these are hardly worth having. Now, if there were a. CAT like incentive, it would get interesting.

Indeed and don't bother asking the OEM if it will take on the liability. I doubt the answer from Audi or Tesla for that matter would be printable

Yeah, both poor journalism and a jump too far by the government, as for the UN.....

I very much doubt, after recent reports about the shortcomings of ADAS that any insurer would insure a vehicle purely with ALKS, let alone AEB etc, if the driver was not paying attention. Hence, DMS /DSM and no texting, watching films and pay attention!!!!

Indeed. There is no disputing what it actually says but there is also no disputing how LSE, HL and others are reporting ie Mr Michael Brown, a board member, now has 7 million shares apparently in his name. That's what they're saying. Either way, Lombard and /or Michael Brown, who probably either way, took the decision to increase Lombards holding by 7 million or bought in his own right. Which is positive either way.

And Hargreaves Lansdown are also showing Mr Brown as buying 7 million.

The RAM was discussed as a possible a while ago, fits all the criteria, competitor to the F150. And SEE has all 3 of the Big 3 in the US, admittedly the contract value is less than expected as Safestocks pointed out at the time.

But, yes, there will hopefully be up to 7 launching this year, early next year.

Maybe because SEE, even at this point, only view the F150 and S Class as significant. Perhaps that, with hindsight might change some time later. Initial output might come into it.

The Escalade might also start this year I think, doubt that would be viewed as significant like the CT6 was. It's all about numbers, being in the execution phase and so on!

Crystal balls are so yesterday. I've always preferred modern methods such as RNS (which sometimes there's a shortage of) and interviews with very senior people in organisations. I've often wondered why people don't actually listen to them, really listen to them, however each to their own. I also, as a support, like to use the tried and tested PE method.

So, without a crystal ball, even without one additional contract win, assumed 80% profit on Auto sales, and Fleet actually doing what it's supposed to I get pretty much in the middle of your future predictions, after two years and after 3 years, yes, double the following year.

And that is without any more wins of any nature. Interestingly, if as The Tieless One said, if it doubles every year for the next 5 years, that would mean booked business is actually triple that stated. Shame that isn't in an RNS!

I think it's badly written. Initially in the CT6 Super Cruise as an additional option was about $5,000 which came down in a short time to about half that, or $2,500. The blurb reads, or can, that it costs more dependent on trims, whereas Super Cruise is Super Cruise, the additional trims are a separate cost added onto the $2,500.

Disappointing the price hasn't dropped. Missed a trick, again.

Why the different pricing due to trim or is it badly worded?

With Ford including the suite as standard on some, not many, of the various models and I suspect more than competitive on optional prices, Cadillac could have again done itself no favours. $6,150 is more than it was originally I believe.
